“good location”

Room was very clean, manager was nice. The only problem we had was NO HOT WATER FOR SHOWERS!

“Was great for what I needed”

I came in for an overnight for picking up my new dog. I'll admit it was a bit hard to find at first but mapquest or google directions worked just fine, its Atlanta though and traffic is crazy and the streets are a maze till you get to know them. The motel was in OK condition, the rooms about the same, of course I didnt expect too much for a Super 8, you get what you pay for. The room was clean and everything worked. Had a little trouble with the internet going in and out but the clerk had no problems resetting the connection and then things were fine. The staff were very nice and helpful. The neighborhood isnt the greatest but the people out and about were friendly enough despite where we were. its on a kind of dead end street so it was off the beaten path and not too bad. You could tell we were in areas around the hood but this place isnt in the hood and its not a dump. It wasnt bad. I wouldnt put it on the family vacation list but if your just passing through itll do in a pinch and not bite your wallet too bad. Oh btw the pool was drained when I was there. not sure if they were cleaning it or not so dont bring any swim trunks unless you call them first to make sure.

“Good enough”

We were just there for an overnight stay while on our way to Florida. Rooms were clean enough and the bed was ok. Had a micro and fridge for those who would want to stay longer, but if you are planning multiple days in the Atlanta area and have the funds, pay a little more. The continental breakfast was little muffins still in the wrapper, coffee, and cereal.

“For the price...it's a good deal”

Although I was not blown away by the decor or service, the room suited my purpose. I chose it because of the price, proximity to the downtown Atlanta area, and free wi-fi internet service as well as a refrigerator and a microwave which were very helpful.

“Not Impressed”

Check In went smoothly with my confirmation form. Then I entered the room. Eveything was out dated. The dresser drawers were mis-aligned unable to close. The TV was stuck, set-up with one volume, unable to decrease the volume with or without the remote.Totally hard bed and very flat pillows . I called the lobby and asked for two pillows, they stated I could only get one. I stood firm until I did rec'd the two I had first asked for.The exterior ice machine was out of order. They filled a large Rubbermaid cooler with ice for you to enter the first secured lobby, the second lobby you needed to be buzzed in if needed full entry with visiting the concession area. The toliet became plugged, and we rec'd a plunger to do it ourselves. OH, well, it was only for two nights.

“Would not recommend”

Cleanliness and deferred maintainence were the biggest problems for us. The hair dryer, cord, plug, light switches and plates, doornobs, handles, etc had not been cleaned in a long time. There was mildewed ceiling above the tub, just needed deep cleaning. We don't have to have fancy, but would like clean.

“Service with an odor”

I had called ahead to make sure I could check-in between 6am and 7am because that is when I would be arriving and needing the room (drove all night to make early AM delivery). When I arrived I was told check-in wasn't until 2pm. I explained that I had called and was told that a room would be available. After some resistance a room was made available. The room appeared clean but the bed sheets were sticky and the room had an unpleasant odor.

“Do Not Stay Here”

In desperate need of an update and repairs! Room was not ready upon check in. Pillows were moldy, sheets did not fit the bed, rooms were not cleaned daily. the pool was dirty and closed most of the time anyway. The air conditioning broke (it was 108 degrees outside). the "complimentary breakfast" was closed some mornings and when available, consisted of watered down orange juice, packaged pastries and horrific coffee. The amenities listed on the website were not available ( no clock or mocrowave in room, no indoor pool or spa). Beware and stay away !!

“Do Not stay here !!”

Hotel is in desperate need of an upgrade! Room was not ready at check in time. Pool was outside, not indoor as listed, no jacuzzi as listed. Pool was closed most of the time, small, not clean, no lounge chairs. "Breakfast" was not available some mornings, and when it was, it consisted of packaged pastries, horrific coffee, and watered down orange juice. Rooms had broken air conditioning (it was 108 degrees outside), old moldy pillows, few towels, sheets that didn't fit the bed, no clock in the room and were not cleaned daily - just beds made. If the rooms had not been paid for, I would have left immediately! Not reccommended, there are many other hotels nearby, do not stay here.
