“Wonderful”

Complimentary champagne at checkend on a Saturday. We had use of the hotel complimentary limo service for getting around town. Everyone was very kind and friendly. 1st class establishment. It made the downtown area seem much more wonderful than it is.

“On Our Way to Alabama...”

We were traveling to Alabama for a family reunion so we decided to fly into Atlanta for a day of sightseeing and then drive to Alabama. The biggest disappoinment of our trip was only being able to stay at the Ritz for one night. The service is top notch, the hotel is beautiful, rooms are spacious, and it was like being home. The employees at of the hotel were professional and they were sincerely kind and made us feel like the most important guests in the world. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top notch service and accomodations.

“Highly Recommended”

The location is central to downtown attractions like the aquarium, Olympic Park . . . and the MARTA. The facilities are good, as you would expect. The real treat was the staff. Everyone was top notch! They all work to make your stay special.

“Beautiful hotel”

Our overall stay was very pleasing. The staff was helpful and friendly and patience. The location was perfect for our needs. Beautiful hotel, however, our window view was not very scenic. It overlooked the a/c unit and other electrically outlets. I will be sure to request a view of the city next time.

“great pampering experience!”

In town solo for a family celebration. As a woman traveling alone I found this property to be very secure and the staff very friendly and professional. Room was lovely with a great view of the city. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Ordered room service several times, always prompt and the food was great. Used the fitness center, clean with a great selection of equipment. Loved the chilled towels!
