This property is under construction-which we were aware of. There was no breakfast available which was not unexpected but inconvenient. We stay here because of the location -it is convenient to our family. Hopefully, it will be much improved after the construction & renovation is completed

We didn't realize the property was under construction. The lobby was a temporary structure and the pool was closed. The staff were very friendly, the room was huge and although things were a bit worn, we felt comfortable.

When I arrived I found out that the property was under renovations (which it did need). 5 days of no free breakfast. The temporary gym was a smelly joke. No A/C. I will not be staying here again.

was told upon arrival there was no breakfast provided due to construction. was told the stairwells were closed due to construction (safety issue?!) upon check in, found out there’s another $20/day parking fee. needs some work/remodel/updates. tv service sucked, connection was horrible and cut out every other word. quiet location. Great kitchen suites.

Unlike what the Expedia listing states there is no breakfast buffet. Construction is going on and therefore there is a lot of things happening I suppose. That included 3 out of 4 nights of my stay did not have TV or Wifi. Quite frustrating least to say. No lights or any prominent signs in the front of the hotel. So if you are unfamiliar with that location and if you come in the night you need to slow down a lot to locate the entrance. Very hard to locate even with GPS due to poor lighting. Bad management decision if you ask me. It may have been a good place to stay and it may be a good place to stay after all the Construction work is complete but if I were you I will stay out of this location till the construction is complete or if the management makes some serious changes to keep the overall quality up and not find excuses in the name of construction.

This location is great if you'd like a anbience rather than a usual commercial setting...meaning, there seemed absolutely no stores or eateries around. However, you can easily get to Buck Head by a short drive (or a taxi w/ minimum charge). My special thanks go to the young man (forgot to get his name) at the front desk who let me check in super early, after my long hours drive to arrive in ATL ..

For where I needed to be, this spot is very convenient. The rooms are spacious and clean. The parking area entrance is a bit tricky, the door is hard to open especially with luggage in tow. The elevator floor was cracked, I thought it should have been attended to. This was my 2nd stay and I would return.

I liked everything about this property. This was my first time in Atlanta. The staff was great. The room was incredibly clean. I met many wonderful people from all over the world. It is a very nice place to visit. I will definitely be going back.

Room was very clean, and all staff I encountered over a week long stay (front desk, housekeeping, maintenance) were all helpful and pleasant. Particular shoutout to the maintenance fellow who went to get a fan for me in the gym on a very hot day - above & beyond.

I booked a 3 night stay for our family and checked out after an hour! This was THE WORST experience ever! It’s such a shame to have Marriott attached to the name! First there is an unmentioned $18/night parking fee and an unexpected $150 deposit; manageable but STILL; next we booked a 2 bedroom suite with the kitchenette; one word: ROACHES! Well actually 2 words: ROACHES GALORE! As soon as we opened the door a roach was on the wall in the dining area; we killed it but didn’t unpack; went out for food after an 8 hour ride, came back sat at the table and it wasn’t 10 minutes until roaches were crawling all in our plates and coming from under the stove and sink; enough of that though, I called the front desk and was informed there were no other rooms available and he apologized and gave us the option of LEAVING! At 1:00am here we were scrambling to make another reservation at another hotel! NEVER EVER AGAIN! Not to mention, the smell in the hotel is awful and the couch/sofa bed was severely run down and dirty.
