Less expensive hotel next to the expressway.

Posted 29-Mar-2015
Pros: Secure floors but not the elevator! Cheaper than most of the hotels in downtown.
Cons: It is hard to change an old hotel.
Location: It is located near the Hilton and the Marriott hotels.
Difficult to get to due to the one-sway streets. Free parking on 2 levels. Secure to each floor. No lobby, except check-in desk. Only coffee pumps available. Drink and snack vending machines. Noise icemaker that ran all night. Clean room. TV did not work, until I called the front desk for instructions. Cold wood floor. Air/heat worked well. It was close to meeting transportation. I will not stay there next year.

This is a very decent, homely and accessible hotel

Posted 28-Mar-2015
Pros: The environment is decent, accessible and attractive especially for first timer like me. Also, all the tourist attraction areas in Atlanta are close.
Cons: There should be provision for standard swimming pool within the hotel.A restaurant should be provided with immediate effect. A free breakfast provided
Location: The location is very peaceful and calm. There are so many tourist attraction areas close to the hotel like the Skype children park,CNN Center,Coca cola
The staff are very friendly, outspoken and ready to assist customers at any point in time in terms of furnishing right and useful information about the terrain. The location of the hotel is fantastic and accessible to all places and tourist attraction areas like the Aquarium center on Andrew Young International Street, Coca cola, CNN International headquarter as well as Georgia World congress center. During my stay in the hotel, l think l enjoy the hospitality of the staff team except the breakfast not given to customers. The location of the hotel is very calm, peaceful and fantastic. However, l will suggest that, there should always be provision for free breakfast every morning for all customers as well restaurant for customers to patronize. In addition to the above, a bar should be taken into consideration for all customers to feel relaxed and at home. I was unable to utilize or view where exactly the gym and swimming pool are located throughout my stay. The car park is okay for the size of the hotel. The hotel is just beside where you can rent a car for your day to day movement or business at a very reasonable rate.

Room swelled awful

Posted 26-Mar-2015
The hotel room smelled awful!!! No air circulation. No window that could open. Air quality just blew us away each time we came in the door. Yuck! The staff was really nice though.

Zentral sehr einfach dafür preiswert

Posted 18-Mar-2015
Liegt zentral. Hat kostenlose Parkplatz. Keinen Frühstück nur lauwarme Kaffee. Zimmer und Bad echt ok. Flure und Treppenhäuser abgewetzt. Dennoch für die Lage preiswert

Considering the location, free parking, and free WiFi thus hotel was adequate. I needed to be in downtown ATL, and i was able to save money by staying here. Free parking is a nice bonus. Rooms were okay. Bed was a nice size but it was a little hard. The bathroom was a little outdated, but the water pressure was very good. I would recommend this hotel to someone who needs to stay downtown but wants to save money.

Convenient to downtown area.

Posted 14-Mar-2015
Pros: The room was quite comfortable!
Cons: A little more care with maintenance would help greatly.
Location: I was not there long enough to explore the city. It was a layover trip with a quick turnaround.
The room was great. Had problems with nonworking vending machines & black flakes coming from the ice machine into my ice bucket.

Spartan furniture in lobby

Posted 6-Mar-2015
Pros: Rooms less expensive than what was available in area. No charge for parking.
Cons: Garage seemed to be frequented after dark by various 'persons' despite obvious cameras.
Location: Within walking distance to Peachtree and major large hotel conventions
After staying four nights I began to wonder if measures to reduce bedbugs was reason behind limited (no) furniture in lobby! Anyone that complains ought to be reminded a room costing five times as much was across the street and had lots of expensive furniture. Staff at front desk were very polite and accomadating

The location and parking are the best things here.

Posted 16-Feb-2015
Pros: The staff and free parking.
Cons: Update the facilities, increase the quality of the 'free' coffee in the morning and have hot water...
This was the most budget friendly option available to us when we needed it. The staff were very accommodating. And the parking was included. Even though check out is at 11am, you can remain parked until 3pm after check out, which is great because parking is very difficult and expensive in Downtown Atlanta. However, the facilities are dated, the ice machine didn't work, the soda machines were empty, the elevator didn't work, and the walls were paper thin. Which was not pleasant or comfortable during Valentine's weekend.... We basically paid for a warm room to sit in and watch TV and a place to park the car for the night. The walls were paper thin so you could clearly hear conversations in the hallway, traffic, activities in the next room, etc. The hot water wasn't hot and the 'complimentary coffee' in the morning wasn't enough to make any of that better. If you just need a place to put your things, and aren't concerned with comfort, then this is a good option.

Great people and great service

Posted 4-Feb-2015
I travel alot and this has to be one of the best hotels I stayed in. The staff was very pleasent and knowledgeable bout the area. The rooms were clean and comfortable plus priced right for the area they are in. They called me by name every time I passed by the front desk. All around great deal with great people. I would recommend this place to anyone.
