I like the size of the suite .i didnt like.....that ive rented this room many times before, it used to have a coffee pot and ice bucket.the room had a ironing board,no iron.remote....no batteries,i was sooooo bored and 3 packs of moldy bread in top cabinet .they dont sweep behind doors either.pretty gross this time around.

The room was okay, beds were very comfortable. Not enough towels. Ice machine was out of order but we asked if any was available and someone got us some. No breakfast even though it was listed online that there was. It was an okay over night stay.
Very rude stayed there for a week and had to deal wirh roaches and the staff being reall disrespectful. Had to spray for roaches 3 times had to spray and woke up with 2 in my bed and one on my chest
The room was dirty & I killed a roach in the bathroom lavatory at night. Otherwise, it was OK for the price.

It was actually a nice Environment as far as Safety. The original room I was given had no heat, but after informing the desk clerk, he at no hesitation or problem moved me to a room with heat. A very relaxing night I had afterwards. Thank you 😊
My bathtub didn’t drain while showering, landline in room did not work, roaches, no breakfast as advertised which is one of the main reasons I choose the hotel.. I would like some type of refund
For the price I wouldn’t recommend… I paid $193 for two days room wasn’t clean and furniture was Torn up.. Bed sheets had stains all over them( white sheets).. They said that it was free breakfast only thing they had was basic things like two waffles, muffins etc etc… Nothing like eggs or bacon… So don’t expect that…It’s sad because the Lithonia Georgia location is way better then this one.. that’s why I chose that… Never again.. only good thing about it was staff was okay and no roaches..

The hotel had roaches sheets and blankets were dirty horrible lightening had to switch rooms because the first room bathtub was clogged and there were no lights coming on. Also my refrigerator or microwave wasn’t working as well. Horrible experience

The price is too expensive for the quality. The hotel has not been updated in a while. The carpet needs replacing through out the building. Continental breakfast is a dry goods..oatmeal packs, toaster waffles, bagles etc. You must ask for an iron daily. Our refrigerator was dirty and growing mold inside. The outlet it was plugged into didn't work. The door card key kept getting deactivated

My family got 2 rooms. There were roaches in both rooms. The bed clothes were stained and looked like they hadn't been washed. The bathroom door in one of the rooms was broken in half. Also, I told the hotel at check in that we didn't want anyone in our room until after we checked our, but they went in anyway while we were gone, and even still they only halfway made the beds and it looked like our things had been gone through. Thankfully we left nothing of value in the rooms and nothing was missing.
