Daughters birthday
Property was exactly as described. It was very nice. Paid extra for pool heater but it didn’t heat the pool or jacuzzi enough to actually be able to enjoy and use it. It could have been the weather because it was cold. The only complaint is that after booking I was told that the cleaning fee was wrong and that I needed to pay extra. Which is s weird because when I view the property now it still doesn’t have the extra cleaning on the listing that they attempted to charge me. Other than that we loved it

During 20 degree weather heating a 30,000 gallon pool requires atleast 2 days advance notice to get it to desired temperature. An additional cleaning fee is required when there are events, parties, or when excessive cleaning is required after your stay. We hope you have a blessed new year!

Property is not as advertised
The outdoor furniture is broken and the pictures online are a misrepresentation of what the house really looks like..the house has not been taken care of at all.

I hate that you feel this way however the property showed as listed upon your arrival. I have pictures and videos to confirm. It wasn’t communicated to me that my family home was not to your liking . Have a blessed new year. I wish you the best!
