The property has excellent location that is extremely convenient to take Marta from or to the airport. The room is big, clean, and staff is very friendly. Definitely will come back next time.

We were not able to walk around. Construction made us have to have the hotel park us and we paid for parking $50 a night which was crazy but had no choice.

$50 dollars a night for parking. Are you serious! Even though I was using handicap parking the parking attendant wanted my keys. being in law enforcement there were items in my vehicle that I wasn't going to allow for him to have access to. he gave me a very hard time. He didn't look professional. In the building i could smell dope being used. this hotel in ot what it used to be.

It's my third stay at the hotel, and I've seen how the service has deteriorated tremendously. It gets worse every time. One morning, there wasn't even any coffee at breakfast!!! The staff seems unmotivated, as if they were reluctant to provide service. At times, the hotel looks deserted, as if there was no one providing service.

Was very disappointed in the fact they don’t tell you that you have to make a $200 deposit on top of the already expensive rate. Then they don’t tell You until you call that there’s no public parking or access to parking but their onsite parking which you have to pay $50 per night to park, which is outrageous! They do not replenish towels and when you call the desk they ever so rudely, say oh we have them at the desk you can come down here and get them. Garbage and dishes sat outside our room door for the entire stay and was not picked up by the staff. The trash was from the previous customers to our room.

Worst Hotel Ever
We shpuld have read the google reviews for this place before booking. This place was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. No live tv so you have to sign into the subscribed sites, the bed was the most UNCOMFORTABLE thing ive ever slept on. Our backs are killing us after 3 nights there. Breakfast said it was included but it indeed is not and is $15 per person for over cooked sausage, dry eggs cereal and bagels. Thats it. Light switches are all over the place. The "automatic" blinds were broken. The ac kicked on once and it was so hot in our room. Id never come to this place again.

The hotel is a bit tattered and dirty but we were encouraged by a friendly receptionist. However, the water in the sink was only lukewarm after a 5 minute run and the tv kept turning off after a few minutes of watching. Elevator call buttons didn’t work and weird repairs like our toilet lever was installed upside down made for an increasingly eerie and disappointing experience. We were promised a repair that never came. The next morning got no better as a long wait for a very expensive valet prolonged our dismal stay and delayed our exit. There are too many other reasonable places to stay in Midtown Atlanta to stay here again.

While the hotel was nice, the incidental charge was extremely high. I had to pay $300 for incidentals and that’s just way too high. Paying $100 per day for my stay.

The night time front desk staff could not have been any more rude or inhospitable if someone paid him. We tried to buy a wine and the self check needed staff verification and he refused to get up from the desk to verify our purchase and said I can’t do anything I can just ring you up here. Rude!

The property was clean staff was extremely friendly. The only issue I had was the hotel was missing a lot of items such as napkins the bar was supposed to be "fully stocked" and it was not. The restaurant offers waffles on the menu but we were told they don't have a waffle iron.

A great stay
I had an amazing stay at Hilton Garden Inn. I arrived a bit early so wasn't able to check in right away but they made sure to get me the first room available and the room was awesome. The hotel is conveniently located. The vending self checkout store in the lobby was well stocked and more the items were more affordable than any hotel I've stayed in. Will definitely book again.

Staff was wonderful. Rooms clean and stocked. Only complaint is the air didn’t work propionate my room had to cal 2 times to front desk to have someone come check it he changed the batteries out in the thermostat that did not fix the issue

However, we regret that you faced challenges with the room temperature control. These issues were certainly an exception to our usual standard of service and necessary actions have been taken to prevent such issues from recurring.
