Everything was dirty. Not old but dirty.

Cons: You need to clean.
Location: I was there for work.
Everything was dirty. I am not talking about old but dirty. It was not just the room. The same pieces of stuff/crud that was on the floors....entrance/elevator was still there and in the same spot as when we left. The room was extremely dusty and there were hairs found on the night stands beside the bed and in the bathroom when we arrived. The towels smelled and it felt like there was sand between the sheets. You could rub your hand on the sheets and feel something gritty. There was a terrible smell when you get off the elevator and down the hall. I will not stay here again.

My daughter and I after our long drive showed up to wait. I waited till well after check in to show up. It still took us almost 45 minutes just to check in. The lobby was dirty,noticably. Since I was standing in the lobby for a while I had time to notice the buildup of crust in the corners and the overall filth. We checked in and went to the room and the staff brought me the coffee maker for the room, only to tell me that I would have to go buy my own coffee at the store on the corner. The next morning I went down to the lobby for breakfast only to find my choices were blueberry or chocolate muffins. That was it !! Won't be back !!

As well, I do regret to read that our grab-and-go breakfast and our lack of coffee in the rooms did not meet your expectations. I have stayed at this hotel for the last two years to attend Anime Weekend Atlanta since it's so close to the Renaissance Waverly Hotel and Convention Center, and both stays have been great! The only problem I had this year was that the air conditioner didn't work in my room, but it never got too warm or too cold so it was no big deal. I plan on staying here again next year.

Needs better management

Unfortunately I was not satisfied. The room was not cleaned, trash not emptied, bathroom dirty and I found hair on the sheets. Had it not been that the location of the hotel was 2 minutes from my moms doctor I would have left and asked for a refund. I think the hotel has poor management and needs to be completely remodeled. Please take my rating seriously and find a way to improve the condition of this hotel.

Clean, Quiet, & Reasonably Priced

The only problem I had was finding the motel. I used my navigator, and still drove past the road three times. A good landmark is the Texaco station on Powers Ferry Rd. Just turn right next to the station, and the road will take you to the motel. The rooms are not fancy, but they are nice. I slept well, and had a comfortable bed. The trash cans are under the bathroom and kitchen sinks. Bring cups if you plan to drink in the room. They do not have ice makers, but they do have ice trays in the freezer in the frig. Overall, a good value!

Rooms were clean . staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Nice area. Kitchen with stove and full size fridge saved us lots of $$. Great value.
