Everything was dirty. Not old but dirty.

Cons: You need to clean.
Location: I was there for work.
Everything was dirty. I am not talking about old but dirty. It was not just the room. The same pieces of stuff/crud that was on the floors....entrance/elevator was still there and in the same spot as when we left. The room was extremely dusty and there were hairs found on the night stands beside the bed and in the bathroom when we arrived. The towels smelled and it felt like there was sand between the sheets. You could rub your hand on the sheets and feel something gritty. There was a terrible smell when you get off the elevator and down the hall. I will not stay here again.

My daughter and I after our long drive showed up to wait. I waited till well after check in to show up. It still took us almost 45 minutes just to check in. The lobby was dirty,noticably. Since I was standing in the lobby for a while I had time to notice the buildup of crust in the corners and the overall filth. We checked in and went to the room and the staff brought me the coffee maker for the room, only to tell me that I would have to go buy my own coffee at the store on the corner. The next morning I went down to the lobby for breakfast only to find my choices were blueberry or chocolate muffins. That was it !! Won't be back !!

I have stayed at this hotel for the last two years to attend Anime Weekend Atlanta since it's so close to the Renaissance Waverly Hotel and Convention Center, and both stays have been great! The only problem I had this year was that the air conditioner didn't work in my room, but it never got too warm or too cold so it was no big deal. I plan on staying here again next year.

Rooms were clean . staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Nice area. Kitchen with stove and full size fridge saved us lots of $$. Great value.

I had hair under my pillow. It took 45 min to get new sheets and the sheets were the wrong size, it took 3 days to get the right size sheet (excuse was they don't wash sheets everyday), house cleaning cleans every 8 days.. WOW, never again will I stay at this place.. And the service suck, every one seem so nonchalant.. Like we got your money so deal with it.. Terrible.. There was only one staff member with talking too.

This hotel was just gross. It smelled awful, the beds had hair in them (lots of hair) and the shower curtain was COVERED in mold. Not to mention 2 towels in the bathroom for 4 people both of which felt like they came from the goodwill. Chiquita at the front desk tried her best but nothing could make up for ALL the bad that this hotel was. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Worst Hotel Ever

Cons: It appears to me that there is a management problem
I must say that this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The website fails to mention that because this is an Extended stay hotel, There is no maid service unless you are there for more than a week. I had to take the towels, and linen to the front desk to exchange daily, and the never had clean ones available at the time. I always had to return at a later time. I had to empty my trash daily, and the trash room was extremely dirty, and smelly. The carpet on the floors in the hallways looked as if they had never been vacuumed, and was smelly. The carpet behind the front desk where the staff worked daily was even extremely dirty. The elevators were dirty, and the outside trash was overflowing, and on the ground.The side door near the stairs had a problem with the latch, and if you didn't pull on the door to close it tightly, it would not lock, so anyone could walk in. I traveled form N.C. and once I saw the conditions there, I tried to find another hotel nearby, but they were all booked up. I will never stay in, nor recommend an Extended Stay Hotel to anyone

Definitely not the worst place I've ever stayed. Not the best either. Served its purpose.
