Everything was dirty. Not old but dirty.

Cons: You need to clean.
Location: I was there for work.
Everything was dirty. I am not talking about old but dirty. It was not just the room. The same pieces of stuff/crud that was on the floors....entrance/elevator was still there and in the same spot as when we left. The room was extremely dusty and there were hairs found on the night stands beside the bed and in the bathroom when we arrived. The towels smelled and it felt like there was sand between the sheets. You could rub your hand on the sheets and feel something gritty. There was a terrible smell when you get off the elevator and down the hall. I will not stay here again.

Decent room for a good price, poor service

This hotel is very inexpensive and in a good area but the service is very bad and what you get tends to be inconsistent. I've stayed there 3 times now and it's been about the same each time. Often there will be no one at the front desk and you have to wait 5-10 minutes for someone to appear. Getting glasses or other items for your room is very challenging. In the room itself sometimes you get things like soap and shampoo sometimes not. Once they could not seem to check me in and found out it was because they were trying to charge my credit card for a pre-paid room. Another time they checked me into a room that was obviously occupied. Like I said though, a good price and you get what you pay for I guess. Always an adventure.

The room had a very bad odor. The front desk let us have a can of Febreeze but the room still had a bad odor.

Terrible Customer Service!!!!

Upon my arrival the front desk clerk told me they had transferred my reservations to another property. ..it was late...I'd been traveling and I wad tired and unfortunately I couldn't go to the room I reserved on the property I had chosen. I had to drag my luggage back out to my car and drive to another property late at night. Which could have turned out dangerous! Very disappointed in the property I was sent to as well!

Close to major roadways

Thought that I was booking a room with 2 beds. Only had one bed with a pull out. Hotel was full so I couldn't change rooms. Very shady people that hung around the hotel at night that smoked non stop. Overall, the staff was courteous and the location of the hotel was great. Close to major highway and grocery stores. Laundry room was very helpful. Didn't use the grab and go breakfast because of the kitchen, but the coffee was OK. Room was clean on arrival, despite the fact that the housekeeper only showed up as we were leaving. It served it's purpose for my needs for this vacation and the price was very reasonable. Would book again if had to come to Atlanta.

My daughter and I after our long drive showed up to wait. I waited till well after check in to show up. It still took us almost 45 minutes just to check in. The lobby was dirty,noticably. Since I was standing in the lobby for a while I had time to notice the buildup of crust in the corners and the overall filth. We checked in and went to the room and the staff brought me the coffee maker for the room, only to tell me that I would have to go buy my own coffee at the store on the corner. The next morning I went down to the lobby for breakfast only to find my choices were blueberry or chocolate muffins. That was it !! Won't be back !!

As well, I do regret to read that our grab-and-go breakfast and our lack of coffee in the rooms did not meet your expectations.
