When we arrived to the hotel, it should have been in a nicer area. There were homeless around the parking lot. There were cars filled with trash out front. The office manager was friendly. Once we got to our room, we found the bed broken. There was hair and dirt on the floors. The room smelled from others cooking nearby along with the stench of weed. The couch had cigarette burns. We asked to change rooms the staff tried to accommodate us but we felt very uneasy staying. We’ve stayed at numerous extended stays around the country. My wife used to work for them and we’ve had a high opinion of the brand. This hotel let us down. Especially be so close to Buckhead. We paid a similar price for a Marriott property just down the road.

The property used to be well run and maintained, but now it's standard of management is extremely poor, discorteous, very arrogannt, with abysmally poor customer service!

The person at the desk was nice.The entry lobby should have given me an indication of the property condition.the elevator had a dirty floor.Carpet on the way to the room was littered,we entered to find the room still dirty,a dingy carpet,fire alarm sitting on the table,we turned,went down & asked for a refund.It was Friday night & took a while to find another room.I was with my young daughter.I could tell the owner does not care about this property.I am in the hotel industry & very disappointed that it is even available.

The staff here is excellent and friendly the gentleman overnight and the lady early morning and housekeeping were lovely. Unfortunately the room was infested with bugs. Not just one or two several and the toilet was inoperable.

My experience at this location has been nothing less than amazing! Seriously a home away from home. The staff, including Ms. Lisa, Ms. Alex and the cute guy with the MJ earrings haha. I couldn’t leave this review without showing appreciation to the property’s manager, Sanna. They all make it a pleasure staying with them while I’m on business and also in between my lease at my home. Thank you again for treating me like family, keeping the property clean and safe! Don't stay here if you see roaches. Apparently an infestation of roaches has started. This location has gone down to 1 star due to that. I can overlook minor damage but bug infestation to the point where they crawl all night everywhere. It seriously need help to get rid of the roaches. Professional exterminator that stops roaches. What a waste of a once great hotel. Maybe the laundry room flood started the infestation not sure. Hopefully they get it done and evict them roaches. Not a complaint person so for me to respond with this is bad.

The only thing I liked about the property was the exceptional customer service I received from Alexandria. I was very surprised how this property was located in Buckhead/Brookhaven area. The people coming in and out of the place appeared sketchy so I opted out of staying there. I immediately called Expedia to report it and they were amazing!!. The care and attention I received from Alexandria was amazing!!!

My husband and I did not like the property in the hotel whatsoever. It was falsely advertised. Thanks for falling apart. The train tracks were flies behind our window and we’re not able to sleep at night. Broken glass in a parking lot. Smell of weed in the hallways of the hotel. Bedroom smells like smoke and it was dirty and things are falling apart. Staff was rude. We highly don’t recommend this place to anyone.
