The hotel was nice and the staff was nice. The only issue was only one elevator was working so it took like 10 to 15 mins to get to your room, plus the balcony was ok if it didn’t have a little water puddle from the rain. The room was very nice

We had booked a one night stay for myself, my wife, and our one year old daughter. We had to get a room change so our daughter could have a quiet place to sleep since our original room was by the pool and it was too loud for her to fall asleep. During the night after we had all gone to bed, a stranger tried to enter our room. After telling them they had the wrong room and they left, we informed the front desk, giving them our room number. We were told that it was a guest who thought that was the room he had reserved through e-check in. 15 minutes after that, someone again tried to open the door to our room. It turned out to be someone from the front desk checking to see if the room was occupied. They did not announce themselves prior to trying to open the door. I went to the the front desk to address this with a manager and was told that the front desk clerk did not update our reservation to show that we had changed rooms. 30 minutes after speaking with the manager, another employee came to our room to see if the room was occupied because he had a list showing our room as vacant. I cannot emphasize enough how upsetting it was to have two different people, one of them a hotel employee, try to enter our room in the middle of night completely unannounced. We only wanted safe and comfortable accommodations and the hotel staff failed us. This was the worst hotel experience my wife and I have ever had.

Safety is the utmost priority at our hotel, and we're fortunate to have a communication system in place to keep our guests and associates worry-free. Clearly there was a breakdown of this system on the night of your stay. There is no excuse for all this confusion, and especially for why an agent did not knock and announce themselves clearly before entering your guest room. The hotel's leadership has been notified of this communication breakdown and have put additional measures in place to prevent this from happening, going forward.I know this is too little, too late in addressing your experience. Please know that we are all sincerely sorry that you felt unsafe with us. It goes without saying that that's the Last thing we want for our guests. Thank you for choosing us for your visit to Atlanta, James. We wish you and your family all the best.

it was very noisy at night. People screaming in the hall at 2 and 3 am. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling. The handle on the closet came off when I pulled it.

Rudest person ever at the front desk. She lied and said my reservation was cancelled. Refused to give me a room. When I asked for help, she refused. Left me crying in the lobby. Then sent me, a single woman out in the middle of night to find another hotel room. Horrible. I travel over 100 days a year and have never experienced this type of treatment. Unacceptable.

The lobby is gorgeous and it looks like they tried to upgrade the rooms, but there is this a feeling of datedness to the rooms, like they used layers of paint to do a quickie upgrade. The HVAC system seriously needs a rehaul - there is no ventilation in the bathrooms. The fitness center was boiling hot with low ceilings. The noise was very problematic. I was facing the parking lot and there was music blasting at 1:30 am as multiple cars pulled in. You could hear everything from the hallways as people tromped to their rooms. Being woken up by housekeeping knocking on the door (way before checkout time) was also unpleasant.

Get to the property, they don’t have my hotels reservation so had to pay twice. Hotels refused to give me a refund. Hotel definitely didn’t feel like a Hilton waste of money esp for paying twice! .

Very clean and well organized. The lighting in the room was horrible and very dim. The guy at the front desk (which is the face of the place, first person you see) could’ve been a lot nicer. Never smiled, really blunt, actually he was rather rude. The place itself is worth 5 stars so I didn’t let his attitude change my rating of the place, although most people might.

My stay was good, nice and cozy, kinda noisy but other reviews said that. Other than that it was nice though I could have done without being woken up at 7am with house keeping banging on the door.

Had a reservation and tried to get early check in and they would not so I asked for a late check in and they said that they hold the room. Got back to hotel and my room with 2 beds was canceled and they only had a room with me one bed. Couldn’t sleep sharing a bed with my son. Checked out the next morning and was told the room with the single bed was the same price as the room with the two beds. I don’t recommend this hotel. Staff doesn’t care much about customers.

Parking lot very close the enterances the staff is very rude i asked them about early check in one lady said we could after 12 well i came back at 1pm and their was another lady who was rude said we don't offer that here etc well we were going to a baseball game at 7 pm told me maybe after 4pm i will have something. I asked them what would happen if the rooms were not ready by the time we leave for the game .keep in my mind my wife , mother in-law and nieces were not going to the game. The lady at desk said well they would have to wait until you come back for them to get into the room. My wife said i am his wife i should be able to check in the lady told my wife to go sit down i am talking to your husband. I am very unpleased with my stay and looking to call someone from their Corporate office on monday

It could had been better
The hotel needs a whole renovation in all rooms and hallways. Pest control is needed! Enforce no smoking near the entrance of the hotel. Also, we smell marijuana in the hall. It used to be a nice hotel, but it wasn't very pleasant.
