Dear Liza, Upon arrival, we do not ACTUALLY charge a 150.00 deposit. The only time you will be charged is AFTER check out, if you SMOKED. Otherwise, we just keep your card on file IN LIEU of a deposit. So unless you smoked, there was no charge to your card.

James, We are so sorry that you felt our front desk was "locked up". Perhaps, the clerk had stepped away for a moment? But there is no way it CAN be locked up. There is no door or gate. It's an open desk faceing into the lobby and is STAFFED 24 hours. Once again, if there was no one there at the time you came to the desk, we DO apologize. We can only assume the clerk had gone to the bathroom or was delivering something to a room. Please know that we will look into this.
