Regarding the bath door issue, and following our records, the maintenance department was immediately informed and solve this matter as these faults might happen in such a sensitive design. Referring to your rates, we would like to clarify that your reservations were initially received for two Penthouse Studios for you and your family with no further upgrade notice upon arrival. Different rates have been applied during the first two nights (Saturday & Sunday) as special rates are often offered on weekends. As we follow clear policies, we never feel dishonest to our guests and our staff is always at your kind disposal for any further assistance/clarification you might need.
