Appeared as though the room was not cleaned. There was hair and dirt all over the bathroom and shower. Towels, blanket, and floor were covered in stains. And to top if off there was urine on the toilet seat. However, staff was very pleasant.

Building is well soundproofed, on the side of the interstate. Close to restaurants and stores. I like Mariot as they think through everything. This was one did not. Example: In room coffee maker with on a middle shelf that was not tall enough to poor the water in. I had to move the entertainment cabinet, unplug it, and move to top shelf just to have a cup of coffee.

My family and I enjoyed our last-minute stay. It was clean, easy to get to from the highway, and the kids enjoyed the pool and breakfast. We plan to stay here again in the future when in the area.

Not quite as good as last time
The staff is always friendly and helpful, check in (and out) was a breeze. There was an issue with the air in our room, it didn't work very well, we had no conditioner in the bathroom and the body wash was nearly empty (it ran out after we each took a shower but luckily the linen room next door to us was open and we were able to find a bottle and replace it in our room). The people in the room next to us had a knock down drag out fight but we don't blame the hotel for that. The bed was very comfortable, we always sleep so well when we stay! Next time though we'll ask for the room we had last time, it was quiet and seemed to be more comfortable. Although there were a couple of snags this time, we do always enjoy our stay at this hotel and will definitely return.

Total Disappointment don’t waste your time..
This was extremely disappointing trip especially for the price of the room. This is a far less than basic hotel that is priced and advertised as an high end hotel. It definitely much more a truckers stop the parking lot being filled with all kinds of massive tractor trailers this is most definitely not a family and for sure not romantic setting at all. Be completely honest I would not come back to this hotel again, if it was a product I had purchased I would have most definitely returned it for a full refund. In my more that forty years of visiting hotels with is without a doubt my most disappointing stay ever. The review was so misleading about this place. As the is nothing special about this hotel it far less than basic. Don’t waste your money and stay here unless you’re just as extremely tried trucker, and if you’re a trucker and you don’t stay here either not at this price. This is pure robbery. Definitely my most disappointing experience ever.

The loudest hotel room I have ever stayed in. Was a terrible night due to extreme traffic noise in room 302. Would not recommend this whole exit due to this. Wish I had stayed at another location. Hotel was nice but they need proper noise reducing windows if one wants to actually sleep on that side of the hotel.

No one at the desk
The hotel was fine, but when we arrived there was no one at the front desk. We waited. And waited. Finally a staff member was sticking beverages in the front shop area. She ignored us. I asked if anyone was at the front desk? She called someone. We waited some more. Finally a woman came out to check us in, carrying her phone and a lighter. No apologies. No “sorry to keep you waiting.” We paid almost $400 for one night, and having this type of sub-par service was not a great way to begin our stay.

The hot tub is perfect for resting my muscles. The employees are very cool. Overall nice place. Enjoyed the strawberry waffle at breakfast.

Hotel was great but go to another exit to eat. Food in that area was really bad and we ate at what looked to be really good places.
