The staff was very professional and nice, especially the breakfast attendant. The property was clean. Overall the room we had was dated and had an odor, likely from the age of the room or carpeting. The price seemed high for the quality of hotel and location.

Pretty normal experience, staff was very nice. The breakfast was okay but there were a lot of options so anyone can find something! The bathroom in our room could have been cleaner but I am a little bit of clean freak. Overall good experience considering we only stayed one night. Also gym was closed during our stay so if that is something you need I am not sure how long that will be closed for.

Very comfortable and convenient. Only complaint would be that there's not much parking. Came in late from a concert and got the last remaining spot. Otherwise great. Would stay here again if in Athens.

MR Mays at the front days was an amazingly polite, professional young man. Truly one of the best desk clerks I have met in all of my travels. He really started my stay off with a positive attitude compared to the expensive UGA on campus hotel where I recently had to wait 25 minutes to check in because they had lost my reservation. A great experience and the Comfort Inn and suites.

Was ok...it was a little odd that when we were having breakfast, some homeless-looking people wandered in from the outside and helped themselves with breakfast, too. The hotel people didn't seem to be bothered by it.

My room was filthy. There was dirt stains on the shades, the holes in the walls were patched with a different paint color than the walls. Bed was old and saggy. When you sat in it you sunk all the way to the box spring. I would never stay here again.

Location and staff are excellent. Pillows and ac not so much. Pillows weren't to my liking and the ac sounded like a tractor several times in the middle of the night. I would stay again and just hope for a different room. Sam the GM was a very nice guy and helped with anything we needed.

Property is old and rooms smell musty and of mold. They try and cover up with spray. My husband ended up with pneumonia from breathing spores in the air. Do not stay here unless you want to end up sick.

Staff was very nice, but rooms especially bathroom were very out dated. Could have been much cleaner. There were hairs in the tub and tub mat was dirty. We paid $400 for 1 night because of it being a game day, but it was not worth that price at all.

We stayed here the night before the ga game and I can say this was one of the most pleasant stays I've had in a long time. Room was clean service was great. Front desk greeted us with a smile. Check in was easy and pleasant. There was plenty to do close by as well. Definitely will use this establishment again.
