Wonderful staff!
We reserved a room for my mother in law. After some initial confusion about the reservation that was not their fault, they treated her like royalty. They were quick to respond to all her needs and questions and prepared tea for her in the evening. Really nice people. I would highly recommend it.

Not the place for a tourist.
I did not stay there as it was a house with rooms not a hotel and it was very far from anything of interest. It was locked down like a fort so coming and going was very difficult.

Small hotel is wonderful!
This small hotel is terrific! I will stay there again. Service was wonderful (even for a taxi at 4 am). Staff was incredibly helpful. I had Japanese takeout delivered quickly in the evenings. Parked my rental car inside their gate and used their outdoor rec area to organize all my purchases.

Quiet neighborhood close to good restaurants
I like this hotel. It is a home that was renovated into a small hotel with 12 rooms, in a quiet neighborhood. I have stayed here during several trips. The staff is friendly. The only down side this trip was the electricity was out for a period of time (just part of the South America experience), and also internet. My AC unit was broken and had to wait a day for that to be repaired. Much quieter here than most hotels in this area. I will be back :-)

Great place.
This was a great find. Other than its hard to find because they do not have a sign. The hotel is a huge house that has been converted to a hotel. It is new and really clean. Rooms are private and plenty of public space available. The staff is outstanding! We will stay here again! 30min taxi ride to the airport on a weekday morning.

A little oasis of peace and charm in the middle of the town!
I loved this place. I can say right now: one of my preferred in the world (and i am a world wide traveler working at an international organization). The atmosphere, the service, the location is excellent between historic city and the new downtown. This boutique hotel is brand new, very modern and confortable. The rooms are very confortable and with very good taste. The wi-fi internet service functions perfectly which made my stay very productive since i had to be connected with my office in the US. The service is efficient, helful, charming and does everything possible to make your stay agreable. Having breakfast under the mango tree and by the swimming pool is like being in a little oasis of peace and charm in the middle of the town.

Es un lugar espectacular, en donde la arquitectura simple se mezcla con la narturaleza. El recurso humano que posee es excelente. Un lugar para terminar un agitado día, para inspirarse para un proyecto o simplemente descansar.

El hotel no queda en pleno centro pero esta muy cerca de avenidas que permiten acceder a cualquier sitio fácilmente. El personal muy amable y las habitaciones amplias y cómodas. La decoración es exquisita y muy calidad.

Albergo carino in zona tranquilla
Nel complesso molto bello, edificio di design tenuto molto bene, colazione tipica molto buona. Un pó decentrato ma in 10 minuti con i taxi (sempre reperibili e a buon prezzo) si raggiungono le zone più interessanti della città!

Segunda estancia en este pequeño hotel que se siente más como una casa que un hotel. Excelente servicio de principio a fin. Su personal muy atento y colaborador. La zona muy tranquila pero con buenas opciones para comer en la cercanía. Definitivamente seguiré volviendo.

Bom hotel, localizado em bairro residencial tranquilo. Tem garagem e wi-fi nos quartos. Fiquei 2 dias, o pessoal da recepção são atenciosos. Café da manhã simples, comum nos outros países da américa do sul. O quarto é confortável e limpo.No banheiro poderia ter uma porta corrediça para isolar toda parte da divisória do banheiro com chuveiro, pois é tampada somente a metade e a água do chuveiro sai para fora molhando uma parte do banheiro. A limpeza para o segundo dia deixou a desejar, não sei se foi por esquecimento do pessoal da limpeza, mas não foi trocado as toalhas e não foi retirado a sujeira do ralo do chuveiro. Mas pedi a troca das toalhas e fizeram com boa vontade. Em geral, recomendado! Ótimo custo-benefício.

Excelente escolha. É um ótimo custo/benefício e o atendimento é muito bom. Os quartos são confortáveis e o café da manhã é simples, porém muito gostoso. O prédio possui uma bela arquitetura, com design diferenciado e capricho na apresentação dos detalhes. Ótima localização, fica entre o centro e os bares noturnos (Carmelitas). Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar na pousada.

La semana pasada pase 2 noches en el Hotel, el cual es muy agradable, placentero y atendido con calides y amabilidad por el personal. Un detalle q no puedo dejar de remarcar es q al ser un hotel pequeño sin personal de mantenimiento estuvimos mas de 10 horas sin agua ... Para alguien q viaja por negocios/trabajo, con agenda de reuniones esto es algo a tener presente. Tener q bañarse con una jarrita de agua no es algo agradable. Saludos cordiales

La posada está bien ubicada. Habitaciones cómodas y límpias. Desayuno básico. Si bien cuenta con la ventaja de la tanquilidad y personalización del trato que permiten los hoteles pequeños, al no tener personal de mantenimiento se han demorado bastante en resolver problemas con el suministro de agua.

Fomos muito bem recebidos pela equipe, que nos atendeu sempre rapidamente em todas as solicitações. O quarto estava sempre muito limpo, detalhadamente arrumado, toalha novas, grandes e felpudas.Roupa de cama idem! Café da manhã simples, farto e gostoso. A única questão que acho que pode melhorar , é a iluminação do quarto que é um pouco fraca e também não tem espelho de corpo inteiro. De resto nos sentimos em casa!

el hotel esta bien mantenido, limpio. deberían mejorar el desayuno. colocar un cartel para identificar el hotel...en mi caso el taxista no lo conocía y fue difícil ubicarlo. asimismo deberían utilizar un tipo de cambio mas justo en la facturacion.
