Très bel hôtel bien placé à quelques pas du mall de Snowmass Village. Belle chambre très propre. Hôtel bien entretenu. La piscine chauffée en extérieur avec 2 bains à remous est géniale.
Nous y retournerons !

pas de breakfast....pas grave, cela permet d'accéder aux "maroon bells avec son véhicule avant 8 heures,l'hotel étant à 1/2 heure de route

Pour : Le calme, le confort.
Emplacement : Restaurants et boutiques à proximité, mais toutefois un peu calme l'été.
Très belle chambre avec tout le confort nécessaire, très propre.
L'hôtel est situé au coeur de la station.

Service was horrible. Place was old, dank and smelled of mold.
Girlfriend was sick with Covid and they wouldn’t let us cancel without taking the entire $2400.00 for the stay. We were on an extended vacation and this was our last stop. We told them we would stay there and not forfeit our money. They let us infect their hotel rather than do the right thing????

The carpet of the hotel needs major cleaning/washing (it smells like dog poop on the 5th floor once you get out of the elevator). Some staff are extremely nice (esp at The Artisan restaurant) but some front desk staff were extremely rude and unfriendly. The room is extremely dated but it’s very convenient if you want to use the bus system to ski at Aspen as the bus stop is right next to the hotel. The hot tub is nice and the ski in/out location is very convenient. If only they update the hotel, this would be a decent stay, it just doesn’t justify the amount we paid each night.
