2nd year we have stayed here.Posted 22-Dec-2013
Pros: Service, comfort, location, quality of furnishings, washer/dryer in-room, free wifi, well stocked kitchen with quality appliances. Great staff!!!
Cons: Table or desk in unit.
Location: Aspen, Basalt, Snowmass, Carbondale, Woody Creek. Amazing location. Try Justice Snow for dinner. Also Finnbar for a pub fun night.
This is the 2nd year we have stayed at the Innsbruck.. Although there are only two of us, for the 2nd year, we rent a 2 bedroom/3 bath unit as we love the extra bathrooms and overall space. Furniture is very nice as is decor. Kitchen is very well stocked and bed is very comfortable. Fireplace is a nice touch and they provide humidifiers to help with the dry mountain air. Huge shower/steam room and a large soaking tub in our unit. Washer/dryer in each apartment is a nice touch. Service is amazing. At night we never drove anywhere as they provide free shuttle service to and from restaurants (ski slopes as well) by a group of really helpful gentlemen. They have a lot of extras we haven't yet used: pool, hot tub, game room, party room, etc. Funny thing is we actually have use of a free condo in Snowmass but would rather be close to all Aspen offers. Innsbruck really adds to our yearly stay in Aspen.

The Best!Posted 10-Dec-2013
Pros: Accommodations, Furnishings, Hot Tub, Location, Shuttle service
Location: Its Aspen, Ski, Drink, Shop, Eat, Sleep and repeat.
Simply the best, My wife and I took a 4 day trip to Aspen for our anniversary. I have stayed in aspen many times in both homes and hotels and found this to be the best. The rooms were very clean, the furnishings excellent. Totally first class. and the Staff!!! Couldn't be friendlier and any more accommodating. There shuttle will drop you off anywhere and pick you up 24 / 7. Really good for not driving after a few drinks late at night or after a day of skiing. We will be back!

Perfect place to stay in the snow.Posted 12-Nov-2013
Pros: It was situated in a perfect location with close proximity to everything in town. A 24hr shuttle service was also part of the service.
Cons: My husband and I were perfectly happy with everything about the hotel.
Location: There were lots of great bars and restaurants within walking distance. Also fabulous shopping, galleries, skiing and walking trails.
From the moment we arrived in the evening we felt at home. The receptionist, Gemma was so helpful offering us options for dinner that night. The room was quiet and spotless and everything we could hope for.

Everything was on our side in AspenPosted 10-Oct-2013 on Hotels.com
After a very pleasant drive to Aspen from our home in Littleton, we arrived at the Innsbruck. It looked OK from the street, so we went into our room with an open mind. Looking around quickly, things looked real comfortable. We loved the outdoor hot tub, then went into our shower. Only to find it was a "steam shower" which we both love. Then we retired to our living room, great TV with hundreds of free channels. Looking into the full kitchen we decided to just have dinner in the room. This kitchen has it all, to make you feel at home, why go out in Aspen, when we have this in Aspen, in our room. They say breaking up is hard to do, so we extended our stay another day. The colors were great and the comforts of the Innsbruck were just as impressive. Yes, we will be back, and tell others of a great find in a great town. Enjoy!!! Thanks to all the staff, everyone was first class, thank you all so much as great hosts.

Terrific place to stay, especially with kids. Attempting to stay in hotel with two kids is a disaster. Innsbruck had ample room for our kids to run around and feel at home. Terrific accommodations.

Exceptional Staff and Location!Posted 15-Sep-2013
The staff were amazing! We've never had such exceptional "customer service!" From driving us to the grocery store (and waiting) to recommending restaurants and even assisting with altitude sickness ( individual oxygen canister). It's very evident, the staff love their jobs and are passionate about their guests!

Walking distance to shops and restaurantsPosted 9-Sep-2013 on Hotels.com
The only two negatives I would say about about this hotel is the location of the condo (cannot change). It was right next to a very busy street- therefore, quite noisy. The other issue was the TV cable box location, which was no where near the TV. This meant you had to point the remote away from the TV to change the channel. Other than that it was fantastic!

Perfect place to stay in Aspen!Posted 3-Sep-2013
Everything about this place was great! It was walking distance to town and they also had a free 24/7 shuttle service to any location downtown. You can borrow a bike for free too. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable. I will definitely go back!
