“Awesome Stay at the Innsbruck”
We only had 3 nights at the Innsbruck, but could have moved in permanently. The staff were very friendly and helpful, giving us some great advise about sightseeing around Aspen. The hotel is located within easy walking distance of Aspen town, and has off-street parking at the rear. The rooms were very comfortable, nicely furnished and great appliances etc. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Aspen.
“Great stay. Great Location”
We had a fantastic stay. The rooms were beautiful and very clean. The location was perfect and we loved the free bikes you can borrow. The staff was very accomodating and responsive. We will be staying here again for sure.
“Aspen's Best Hotel!!”
Best hotel. Clean, beautiful, updated and modern. The rooms were spacious and clean. The service was unparalleled. Staff was truly very helpful, kind, and professional. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Certainly, by far, the very best value in town! We chose this hotel based on its overwhelming positive reviews, and we were not disappointed. There is a steam shower in each room, a hotel pool, a game room, coffee, and a shuttle to town.
“Great new find in Aspen!”
The Innsbruck is a newly constructed building that has a great layout for each unit. Everything is state of the art, up to date....flat screen tv's in main room and all bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, steam shower in master bath, etc. Obviously, not ski in/ski out, BUT they accommodate all clients by having a shuttle that will take you to Aspen Mountain to ski or you may use the main area shuttle to get to the other mountains. Their shuttle will also deliver you to any place in Aspen for your dinner reservations BUT we found their location on Main Street to be very close walking distance to anyplace you may want to visit in the town of Aspen. This place is well worth the money....since it's on Main Street there really isn't a view, but if you're outside all day IN the view, who needs it while sleeping!
“Aspen”
Beautiful large room. We got a two bedroom (plus sofa bed), 3 bath room. It was more like a condo than a hotel. Conveniently located near ski bus stops and walking distance to the main part of town where all the shops/food are. Staff was helpful at recommending and making restaurant reservations. Courtesy van was available to take to town but the only time we used it was when we went grocery shopping. There's really no need for it.
“Can't wait to go back”
My husband and I had a fabulous stay. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms are beautiful. The staff was very accomodating and friendly. We had a fabulous time and can't wait to get back.
“Excellent place to stay”
The room was comfortable and spacious. The hotel was located near the downtown area so it was a short walk, thus, avoiding parking issues and costs. Good dining was also close,
“Comfort and convenience in Aspen”
The Innsbrook is in walking distance of Aspen shops and restaurants -- or biking if you care to borrow one of their bicycles. We just got a single room, so size wise it was the same as a hotel, but in terms of quality of finishes, it was much nicer. They even provided a humidifier, which for us Easterners suffering in Colorado's low humidity was a blessing.
“Had a great stay at Innsbruck”
Excellent hotel. Very comfortable and luxurious. Kid friendly, convenient location, great interiors, very nicely decorated. The hotel offers free shuttle service within the town, which is a great value addition. We didn't have to worry about driving. In addition, we were able to use the bikes to tour the town that the hotel offers its customers free of charge. Very courteous and helpful staff. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
“Great Hotel, Great Service, Highly Recommend!!”
We got a 2BD/3BA room. The room was very large and well maintained. Perfect place if you plan on going with a large group. Front desk was very nice and helpful. 24 hour drop-off/pick-up service was a huge plus. Free bike rentals also. Great location!!! About a ten minute walk to shops and restuarants.
