“No other choice”
The hotel and rooms was immaculate. My room was big, excellent view, quiet. OK, so the pillows were hard, bed a little bouncy. I am sure if I asked the front desk for different pillows they would have accommodated us. The staff was attentive and anxious to help. Coffee, tea and hot coca self serve station available 24 hrs a day. We got in to see the Patriots win! With a bunch of other guest, very friendly.
“Good family facility”
This hotel is located conveniently just off the slope. It is a very good value. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It is a wonderful place to take a family with kids. I would like to go back again.
“Very Relaxed Atmosphere and Helpful Personel”
We enjoyed the area, the room, and the helpful front desk workers. The hotel was quiet and relaxing.
“Great Room - Great Value for Aspen-Snowmass”
If booking a lower priced room in a resort area seems risky, there's no risk here. Hotel and room was up to what one would expect for a like priced boutique style hotel in a most any city.
“Best Location”
Snowmass Mountain Chalet has the best location in Snowmass. I could walk to the mall, cross over to ski school and watch all the Snowmass skiers from my balcony. Truly enjoyed my stay, would not hesistate to stay there again. Staff was friendly too.
“A real jewel at Snowmass”
Great location and great price. People are the front desk were very helpful. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, albeit aging. I would love to come back in the winter.

Service was great. Good location, good views, staff was very helpful. Breakfest can be a rush of folks but the staff handles them very well.
“Comfortable and Enjoyable”
Our stay was exceptional. Quiet with great views, I would recommend it to any traveler. The hot breakfast is a real plus. If you are a skier the convienience of sking to the lodge door can't be beat. If you have mobility issues (handicaped) and are dirving I would recommend making reservations for garage parking since the short walk from the area lots is steep.

nice hotel .desk staff and staff in kitchen(serving complimentary breakfast and lunch)are very pleasnt.small rooms .well maintained.vry convenient slope side location.
