I stayed in two different rooms in my time here as I was meeting relatives that was over from Ireland, and also staying in the hotel, the first room was a lot bigger with a bath than the second that just had a shower. I did notice that the room could have done with some complimentary bottles of water and some better tea and coffee options, something I have noticed that hotels of the same price includes. The staff was always polite and helpful but was a little annoyed how we was asked to leave the bar at 10pm on a Thursday evening and thus no real alternative even tho it mentions a residents bar, know one actually knows anything about it, I didn’t personally have any food in the hotel, I ventured over the road to ash tree farm for breakfast and carvery and also TGI Fridays on an occasion, there are loads of nearby eateries. The swimming pool was nice I ventured in there on two occasions at 8am, but it does have a lot of members and I think I was lucky as it wasn’t as busy that weekend due to City and Utd playing at Wembley that weekend, overall it was a pleasant stay but for the price I think there could be a bit more consideration for guests as the bar / Starbucks / Gym / Pool / grill / Parking are all used by the public.
