“Enjoyed my stay-nice people, nice rooms”

Fairly new hotel, rooms clean, people friendly, within walking distance of several restaurants, Dairy Queen, supermarket. As a single traveler, easy access in & out - felt safe. Loved the access to computer room -able to obtain tickets to local attractions on line.Must visit the Fiddlin Pig next door for good food and great family entertainment. Only neg for me -pool was closed for maintenence during my stay- otherwise very pleased with services!

“Excellent!”

The location is perfect. Good restaurants as well as lots of fast food and necessary stores (pharmacy, grocery, etc.) very close by. EXTREMELY good quality at a VERY good price. Will definitely book again for my next trip.

“Comfortable, convenient, great staff.”

I am a very demanding customer and all our needs were met with timeliness and courtesy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room service food was good. The only thing I did not really like was the view out of window which was a dilapidated motel next door (not Holiday Inn's fault but an eyesore nonetheless).

“Will go back”

I'll definitely stay there again if I ever return to Asheville...perfect place to stay, within seconds of tons of restaurants and SO many places to shop...unbelievable!

“Great Hidden Destination”

Great mountain destination, beautiful scenery, and a very cultural city . Make sure to allocate time to spend in the city as well as Biltmore properties

“Very Nice”

Great hotel...better than I expected honestly. I've spent just a little less and gotten way less before. Best value....exceptionally clean.....and upscale for a cheaper hotel. Only downside....I left my comb at home. Staff didn't offer to have it brought up to me. When I went downstairs to retrieve it, the front desk staff was not very friendly...not rude but not friendly either. The hotel is difficult to get into....you have to cross through Cracker Barrell to get to it. Parking is limited on hotel site after 5:00 p.m.

“Very clean and easy to get around Asheville”

My son and I stayed in this hotel for 2 days prior to taking him to Ridgecrest Camp. It was well located with easy walking access to several restaurants as well as major interstate access. Very CLEAN which is always so nice when traveling.

“Great Hotel for the Price”

The hotel staff was super friendly! They assisted us with maps and suggested things to do in the Asheville area. They even google mapped our route to our next destination when we checked out without asking them! WOW, now that is service!! The hotel was a great price and very clean!!! My husband and I have traveled around the country and have stayed in many hotels and by far this is one of the nicest for not being a 5 Star. We will stay here again when we visit Asheville! (Only one down point is the view...but it is walking distance to great restaurants and stores so it makes up for the view.)

“Out of town price with the downtown features”

We had a wonderful stay here and would gladly come again. The hotel is only a mile or so from downtown Asheville, and although it was not within walking distance the money saved in rate was well worth the two minute drive!
