Door to my room did not lock, property located in a food desert, very dimly lit. as a single woman I did not feel safe staying at the property alone, so I had to book another hotel.

This is a beautiful hotel. All the staff was wonderful. The room was clean, cozy and comfortable. Even though breakfast was not included, they have a very nice restaurant and bar on site, which offers breakfast, dinner and drinks. We enjoyed our stay.

Loved the room. Very nice, comfortable and clean. Nice size tv and sitting area. Comfortable bed and quiet. Friendly staff. Breakfast pricey but Waffle House right beside property busy but nice, and good food.

The hotel room and facilities were great. We had dinner at their restaurant and it was very good. The reservation didn’t include breakfast, which they charge $17 per person for a buffet that was halfway empty. I understand we are in a low season, but I felt like it was overcharged. One of the cheese danishes had mold on it. I will recommend everything BUT the breakfast.

Only complaint is that it was not disclosed on expedia when i made the reservation that there is a pet fee. I didn't find out that it was an extra $100 until i checked in. It would've been helpful if the fee is added to the amount in the reservation when selecting a pet friendly room.

The room has great furnishings that provide ample flat surfaces for digging into bags and resting them in easy reach. Loved the liquid hand wash pump in the bathroom rather than a tiny bar of soap. Thoughtful, convenient plugs, hooks and towels for 3 people. Love this place at a great price, too!

Bad mattress
Nice hotel but the bed mattress was bad. It had a hump in the middle that pushed you to the sleep on the edge of the bed.

Facility was very nice for our 4 night stay. The staff was poor. We had no water for half a day, no apology from staff, no discount for that day. One day we were out all day and came back to find the room was not serviced. Again no apology, no offer to service the room, and the staff was rude.

It was wonderful! Beds were great, very clean. Breakfast was wonderful. The only thing I had ordered an accessible bathroom and did not get it. It was a struggle.

Good chain, excellent hotel.
This was the fourth stay for my wife and me at this hotel, and we'll come back again. I've always found Holiday Inn to be a good brand, with whether it's slightly more than that or less than that based on the specific place you stay at. This hotel is excellent. Clean, good service, great breakfast, close to downtown (10-15 minute drive). Unfortunately, it can be hard to get an Uber... they don't come through there often, apparently, and they can be expensive when/if they do. So, we just resorted to driving. The only complaint was that the pillows were not the most comfortable, but, luckily, the mattress was good.
