“Best Beach Great Hotel for the Price”

We stayed at the Tamarijn from April 26 to 30 and we really enjoyed our stay. The beach is fantastic, just white sand and the water perfect! The breakfast is not bad, the buffet is so-so, but the dinner at the restaurants a la carte are very good we tried them all and we also went to the Divi which was good too. However the entertainment at the Divi is better than the Tamarijn but for the extra money you have to pay to stay at the Divi you are better to stay at Tamarijn (all rooms are facing the ocean and you are just few feet from the ocean)you have free transportation by golf cart that picks you up at the hotel and brings you to the Divi and the Casino which is located across from the Divi. Since January you do not have to pay a premium to access the Divi so it is great you have the best of both worlds. We are looking forward to return, it was a great vacation.

great on the beach location, simple room with all comforts I would want in a beachfront hotel, AC was efficient and quiet. Several small 2 story buildings comprise this hotel, odd numbered rooms are ground floor, even numbered 2nd floor. Loved to wake up to the sound of gentle waves breaking and view of the calm ocean, turqouise, blue, aqua all sorts of deep and changing colors, saw several cruise ships passing on their way to dock
