“Will Go Again!”
If you are looking for a place to lounge on the beach, read books, have great drinks, swim and do this all within steps from your room this is the place to go. If you are looking for a place where all your meals are included and for a great variety at each meal this is the place to go. This is our second time at the Tamarijn and we know that we will go back again and again.
“Most beautiful beach!”
We just got home from our spring break trip and loved the Tamarijn. It's location on such a beautiful beach, excellent food, clean rooms and friendly staff made it a fantastic vacation. We loved watching the ships come in and out. The Red Parrot was great but the Italian restaurant had mediocre food and bad service. Be prepared to wait in line at the service desk to get reservations. Take the time share tour across the street and get a free rental car for two days! Skip DePalm bus tours and go around the island yourself and save even more waiting around. This hotel was small enough that I had staff to say goodbye to at the end of the week. Can't wait to go back next year! I just hope I don't have to stand in line at the airport for three hours again.
“8th trip back and will go again...”
We love the Tamarijn. It is absolutely wonderful that you can walk out your door and be on the beach and walk a few feet and be in the ocean. The food is really good. I would recommend the Italian restaurant the Paparazzi. I like that the hotel has a casual atmosphere and casual attire. If you are looking for an upscale, fancy hotel, stay in the high rise area. The rooms are clean. The kids club was very fun for my little one, she loved going and making crafts. My sister got married on the beach there and used the wedding place that is associated with the hotel. The hotel got our golf carts to get us to the wedding and helped with the dinner/reception afterwards and wedding cake.
“We loved it and would go back again!”
Loved the hotel. We had 2 rooms that adjoined. The ocean front balconies provided a beautiful view of ocean. We could see the cruise ships come in. We were in Bldg 1900 and liked our location. The beach was larger in front of our building compared to the other buildings. We were next to the Bunker Bar which was convenient. We got the deluxe package which gave us privileges at both hotels. I would not do this again because we were happy with Tamarijn and didn't need to go to Divi. The internet lounge was great for the kids.
“Right ON the Beach”
The best thing about the room was it's location! Right on the beach! We loved it! Aruba is beautiful, and I'm sure the skyrise hotels are nice too, but there is nothing like waking up just yards off the beautiful sea!
“An Oasis In Paradise”
The hotel was the cleanest hotel I have ever been in .There was maid service every morning and they left you with an abundence of towels not just 1 each. The food was amaizing there was so much of it available at any given tme we upgraded our room so we could use the divi next door. The location of the hotel was perfect on a private beech with tiki huts and loungers at no xtra cost and water sports also avilable.I will definatly be going back and will also recomend the hoel and resort to everyone.
“Traditional Island facility”
The Tamarijn is one of the low rise facilities in Aruba, said that way to differentiate it from the High rise or more modern buildings more typical of modern hotels. for my wife and I it was a GREAT experience, at the pool one day one of the other guests said it was dated and he would have preferred a high rise . To me those facilities are not unique and you could be anywhere. Will be going back to the Tamarijn again. The all inclusive had wonderful choice of restaurants much better than other all inclusives I have been to and with no trouble making reservations.
“Ready to go back!”
The most relaxing trip I have ever taken! The service was great.
“We Loved it!”
My family and I had a great time at the Tamarijn Resort. WE enjoyed the food and drinks! The oceanview from our room was great. I would recommend the Tamarijn to anyone. It is also very fairly priced. The only thing I would say is it needs updated gym equiptment! Also, the Hotel staff were very accomodating and friendly.
“Best trip ever!! Will DEFINITELY return every year!”
I was extremely happy with the Tamarijn. The employees will friendly and very helpful. I loved the beach view. The food was great. My family and I couldn't have been happier.
