Much of the resort comprises a prime section of Eagle Beach, a stretch of white, powdery sand dotted with thatched roof shades. A rectangular pool offers an alternative to the sea. The property's Caribbean-Balinese-style outdoor spa facility overlooks the beach and Caribbean Sea. The extensive spa menu includes aromatherapy, shiatsu, deep-tissue, stone, and reflexology massages or treatments. The spa also offers body scrubs and wraps, facials, manicures, and pedicures, as well as a steam room, and yoga classes. Surcharges apply for all spa and beauty products, services, classes, and treatments. Use of the steam room is complimentary for guests enjoying spa treatments.

French Steakhouse Restaurant - Menu features Churrasco Steak and fish, chicken, beef, and seafood specialties with a Caribbean flair. Live piano music. Extensive wine list. Offers outdoor dining on the wooden deck under the stars.

Pega Pega Cafe & Beach Bar - This open-air spot under expansive wooden roof. Located between the pool and the beach. Menu may include Grilled Vegetable Focaccia, Cudarebo Fish Tacos, and Danilo's Tuna Salad Creation. Tropical cocktails. Daily live music is featured during Happy Hour from 5-7 PM.

Giorgio's Ristorante Italiano - Italian classics, from Anti-Pasti to Insalata, Zuppa to Pesce. Menu may include Linguini con Scampi e Broccoli, Pescatore and Scaloppini Di Vitello Ai Fungi. Garden terrace dining around tropical pool. À la carte breakfast of tropical fruits, omelets, waffles, and chef specialties.

The hotel hosts a daily happy hour with live music from 5-7 PM at the Pega-Pega Bar and live music most evenings at the French Steakhouse and Giorgio's - Ristorante Italiano.

The four hectares (10 acres) of powdery sand beach are dotted with more than 40 widely spaced thatched-roof shades for reading and napping. A pool provides freshwater swimming. The resort's health spa offers yoga and meditation classes (surcharges).

Motorized water sports are barred from the section of Eagle Beach fronting the resort, but a wide variety of water sports, including parasailing, deep-sea fishing, snorkeling, and scuba diving, are available from independent operators farther north on Eagle Beach, which extends about 2.5 km (1.5 miles). Golfers can book tee times at a nine-hole golf course across the road or at the 18-hole Tierra del Sol golf course, five km (three miles) away.

“Awesome Hotel”

“Aruba2012”

This is our third stay at this hotel. We really enjoy the low key atmosphere, the great beach, the friendly staff and the good food. We will go back. It's a walk away from a casino, a pizza place and other resturants. The rooms have been nicely redone.

“wonderful hotel”

the hotel was well kept and the rooms were spotless. The beach is beautiful and lots of room. The hotel is a quiet place, just right for relaxing. i would highy recommend. the bus stop was close and the buses run every 20 minutes. so if you didn't have a vehicle, it would be very easy to get around

“Peace and Quiet, Clean and Friendly”

They accomodated our request and gave us a room on the upper level. The hotel was very clean, staff was very courteous. Some of the guests were pestering the staff about minor trivia, but the hotel is a really good deal. We had five nights of peace and quiet and an excellent vacation. We definitely would stay there again and recommend it highly.

“Friendly and Clean”

Nice place. I wouldn't do the all inclusive, there are plenty of places to eat in the area. I would go back. Staff was very friendly, rooms were clean! Good price for ocean front rooms!

“I'd definitely return!”

Manchebo is in the low rise area of the island, closely situated to downtown. It is extremely well maintained, the beach is beautiful and uncrowded, and the food at the hotel's restaurants is very tasty. The rooms also have minifridges and microwaves so you don't have to eat at restaurants all the time. Irma at the front desk was incredibly helpful to us when we wanted to set up snorkeling excursions, and Ignacio at the bar was great during happy hour everyday! The only drawback was that the rooms do have VERY thin walls, so you do get to hear your neighbors quite a bit.

“will go back”

First time to Aruba and Manchebo Beach, loved it. Great weather and I liked the low rise hotel, very quiet and the beach is big. Too busy in the high rise hotels. Manchebo Beach Resort & Spa has everything that I needed for my vacation, very helpful staff. Will go back and stay in the same hotel.

“Great beach.”

It's a beautiful location on the beach. And the beach is not crowded like in the high-rise hotel area. All the staff is really friendly and helpful. The rooms, while very clean, are nothing special. Then again, who's staying in their room? If you do need a real fitness room, however, go elsewhere -- they only have one treadmill, one bike, and little else.
