“Great place”
Purchased the ocean/pool view room. Great room w/excellent view(we were on the 6th floor). Staff was very friendly and helpful. Simply Fish Restaurant was outstanding. An idyllic setting on the beach w/the sun setting. New hotel very well maintained-good value. Buffet breakfast was to high-but they are building a new restaurant at this timeso this may not be a problem in the future. May have more of a choice.
“Very comfortable”
We were at a different hotel which was not up to par so we moved to Marriott, what a blessing. The hotel is very very nice, great swim up pool, nice lobby, cafe open for 24 hours which is so nice, rooms are nice size, with balcony, very clean, nice bathroom and I loved the bed. The bed hugged you, super comfortable mattress and pillows..tried to stay extra days at this wonderful hotel but cannot due to airline reservation. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.
“Definitely Met Expectations”
We were pleased with the hotel. Our only issue was the pricing of the restaurants. It was difficult to stay within our food budget at the resort. We caught the public bus to different areas to seek out more reasonably priced places.
“Wonderful experience”
The only thing I can say bad about this hotel is that they were under construction but, they were more than accommidating to us.
“A Wonderful Week at the Marriott”
The Marriott Hotel and Stellaris Casino is a great hotel! We visited every hotel on Palm Beach during our visit and decided we had the best place! The staff lives up to the "One Happy Island" slogon. We were greeted with a cup of punch and friendly staff upon our arrival at registration. We will stay there again! The restaurants at the hotel were all very good. "Simply Fish" was an outstanding romantic experience. I travel extensively for business and pleasure and found Aruba and the Marriott Aruba to be outstanding.
“Best Htoel Beach on the Island”
We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the property. Very well maintained. The people are very friendly and polite "One Happy Island". The 24 Cafe in the Lobby was a plus, great place to grab a midnight snack, light breakfast or Sushi in the afternoon. Love the nightlife in Aruba, we felt very safe walking along the beach and on the streets at night. We are definitely going back. The balconies at the Marriott are very spacious, the room has a large bathroom with double vanity sinks, there is a large walk-in closet that hold your clothes as well as your suitcases, so you are not stumbling over luggage. The food on the island is fantastic, we did not have one bad meal. The first night we took a cab to the restaurant and then walked back to the hotel, became familiar with the surroundings quickly. We would walk to the restaurants at night shopping on our way there and then walked back to the hotel. This is the first vacation I lost 3 pounds on and I ate 3 meals a day and midnight snacks.
“Can' wait to go back!”
Hotel is a little off the beaten path which makes it so great! It only takes a 5 minute taxi ride to all the tourist action. The Marriott Stellaris has the biggest casino on the island. The hotel staff is very friendly and professional. The rooms are very clean with an awesome bathroom. The pool is great and the beach is beautiful with private huts. Its paradise and I highly recommend it!
“Stress- free...”
Felt like "Royalty!!" Everyone on the staff was gracious and helpful....Never passed a clerk; a maid; a waiter; ANYONE....who didn't flash me a smile and offer to be of assistance. Just loved it!!! Location at the beach is exquisite!!!! Room was large and comfortable...housekeeping wonderful!!! 24 Hour Cafe in the lobby was terrific for quick breakfasts or a late night snack....Would definitely return!!!!
“Clean, quiet, excellent.”
This hotel is relatively new and was even remodeled this summer. The rooms were extremely clean, the hotel in general was quiet, the beach is very close and i recommend the northern island view; you can see the northern tip of the island. There are a lot of different tour companies only a hotel or two away (all of these hotels are right next to each other). the advantage with this hotel is it is on the far north end of all the high rise hotels which makes parking really easy if you plan on renting a car, but it would be a slight disadvantage if you planned on frequenting the shops shops near the other high rise hotels. The dinner buffet at La Vista was incredible, but the food in general is expensive at the Stellaris. However, you're on vacation and its worth it. Not specific to this hotel, but the beaches in the high rise area (compared to the low rise area) are great. the water is calmer than a lake and there are no large rocks on the shore.
“will visit again”
this was our fifth visit to the hotel. still very good but they have changed the lobby from a caribbean theme to a typical Marriott, just like walking into a LA or NY hotel. Bring back the feeling of Aruba!!!!

Area:
Palm Beach, Aruba: The question on Palm Beach is this: lounge or live large? Theres a reason the major resorts and clubs are located near these calm waters. The beach is an ideal place to do absolutely nothing, with a cold drink in hand. Theres also swimming, golf, horseback riding, ATV rentals, and plenty of water sports.
