We have out isolation on the outer and inner rooms and we are constantly dealing with the city council to take measurements. Dear Jaeger We are sorry about your comment. After doing the enquiries about it, it seems to be a confusion, as it looks like you thought we have charged you twice, or that you have already paid your booking fee. Let me please clarify that we do not charge in advance any amount unless it is a booking with a non-refundable rate. Your booking was with a standard rate, which means the credit card is used as guarantee only in case of no-show or damage to the property. Under this circumstances we kindly ask you to check you bank statements and let us know if you've been charged twice, we definitely would refund all of the money you've been charged if it was our mistake. Otherwise, I would ask you to remove this comment as it is not accurate and doesn't reflect our customer oriented ethos. The night staff had to do what it was instructed to her on situations like this, which was kindly asking you to pay for the money that was unpaid before the check out. To honor the truth, you had to pay your fee before you leave the hostel and the guys from the bus company understood that as well. Estimado Jose, Lamentamos mucho su comentario, en especial luego de haberlo atendido con el mejor esmero y haber accedido a todas sus solicitudes. Para las fechas de su reserva un hotel 5 estrellas costaba aproximadamente 950 USD por noche, se vendían en paquetes de 5 noches y ya estaban todos copados. Para las fechas de su reservación, nosotros hemos sido uno de los hoteles más económicos en nuestra categoría (2 estrellas) y hemos vendido noches individuales. Haciendo de esta manera más accesible nuestra oferta.Espero que pueda ver en nuestras otras reseñas que su situación es una excepción y no podría estar más lejos de nuestros altos estándares de calidad y servicio.Saludos cordiales, El Equipo Le Foyer

Estimada Janie Gracias por tomarte un tiempito para comentar sobre el hostel. Es verdad, nuestras habitaciones más costosas son las que tienen balcón y vista a la calle, son más amplias y tienen las mejores prestaciones. Sin embargo, los fines de semana la calle se torna bulliciosa y esto es algo que venimos trabajando con la municipalidad para que puedan hacer algo al respecto. Lamentablemente, no hay mucho que podamos hacer de nuestra parte. Lo poco que podemos hacer es mejorar el aislamiento acústico, que ya esta implementado en dos habitaciones y estamos esperando como van los resultados para comenzar a implementar en todas nuestras habitaciones. Siempre agradecidos por tu tiempo, esperamos que tengas un buen viaje por Peru y que vuelvas con nosotros en cualquier momento. Saludos cordiales, Hendry

Chère Audrey Merci beaucoup pour votre commentaire, il nous encourage à améliorer. Nous sommes désolés de ne pas avoir répondu à vos attentes mais nous travaillons à améliorer le service. Nous n'avons pas trouvé de fourmis dans les chambres mais de toute façon nous avons fait une désinfection sur la chambre et nous avons vérifié les autres chambres pour ce problème, nous sommes sûrs que cela n'arrive pas. Nous avons également abordé le problème du personnel avec le petit déjeuner. Et il est très surprenant que notre personnel a confondu avec le stockage des bagages car nous avons toujours des billets pour identifier les bagages, indépendamment de ce dont nous avons parlé et ne devrait pas se reproduire. J'espère que vous passerez un bon moment et que ce serait bien de vous revoir ici à tout moment. Bonne chance, Hendry
