“MARIA´S OPINION IS GOOD”

I I have travel trought many countries and have decided that small hotels are the best for business travel, LA MAISON DEL SOLAR, is a good one for this or any other purposes. The servise is personalized by the owners, the rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast is always on time and fresh. There was not noice from other rooms or guests. i would stay again there.

“Hotel is simple, service is super”

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The first room was less than impressive, the second room was fine. The service both times was exceptional. The staff go out of their way to help you, and they kept our luggage for free while on a trek. We would recommend it, as long as you can handle very simple rooms. The location is quite close to the main square.

“Good value and location”

I would give La Maison del Solar a 4 out of 5. The rooms are a bit small and you can hear some traffic noise from the street. Also, while the iron gate to the street adds security, it also creates a bit of a hassle getting to the hotel entrance when returning at night after the gate is closed. But, the room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, it is in a great location (short walk to Plaza de Armas), and it is a very good value. It is an excellent choice if you are on a budget. Overall, it was a good choice. Cons: 1) a bit of traffic noise from the adjacent street Pros: 1) super value (surprised to get breakfast and Internet use included for such a low price); 2) great location (short walk to Plaza de Armas); 3) friendly & helpful staff
