Séjour professionnel, excellent accueil et service.l’hôtel est dans une zone surveillée et sûre avec un petit centre commercial, ciné et restauration rapide pour changer de l’hôtel si on en a envie. Piscine et espace détente très bien, il manque juste éventuellement une petite salle de sport. Au global je recommande.

I decided to change hotel for safety issues and was very pleased with my choice. The hotel is in a complex with very good security levels.
Rhe staff and the hotel were faultless. Management were so apologetic when a false fire alarm went off at 00.40 a.m.
One improvement however would be sun lounges rather than deck chairs. Increasing numbers as some days the day visitors to the pool took over the pool preventing residents to soak up the sun or use the pool

The staff here were super. The rooms were nice and large. The breakfast buffet was lovely. Heaps of stuff to do at the Waterfront. The beds were very comfortable and there was loads of space and storage.

Staff arrived quickly to my room to push me in the hotel's wheelchair. Bath needed rubber bath mat to prevent falls. Coffee machine was WEIRD! Bar was nice but rug needed to be cleaned. Called 3 times and shuttle never arrived at airport- took taxi- was reimbursed and comped 2 drinks. Breakfast buffet was very nice. Hospitality manager was very accomodating and friendly.

Reception was excellent. We were greeted at the taxi by a very enthusiastic employee which set the stage for our excellent visit. Check in was very fast and room was very nice and clean. Restaurant was absolutely amazing.

I stay over 100 nights a year at different hotels, and this was a very positive experience. Superb service, stylish and very nice hotel, with beautiful view from the balcony, in a safe area.
Food was fantastic, enjoyed every meal.
And they helped me getting a driver, and Victor (the driver) was also top score.

Small boutique hotel In a safe gated location 2 km from city center. Best feature for me was birdwatching from hotel grounds since there is a pond and rice paddies. Convenient grocery store and movie theater plus food court (only the theater is open on Sundays). Hotel staff was friendly and polite. Room was comfortable. Breakfast buffet was a good deal, but variety could be improved (only cereal choice was corn flakes; no whole grain bread; cold crepes and pancakes would be better if kept warm; fruit and cheese needed to be replenished faster). Dinners ranged from fair to good. WiFi worked 6.5 of 9 days. Only English channel was BBC news loop. Skilled massage therapist at hotel. No fitness center. Outdoor pool, but temperatures during my visit were a bit cool for swimming. I would stay there again over the main chain hotel alternative.

Exceptional hotel. We loved this place!!!
Staff- The staff is so accommodating at checkin, while staying as well as during check out. Even the manager came to say hello during breakfast once. Staff always accommodated all requests and room service was fast.
Transport- the hotel arranged great taxi for us when needed at anytime. Also the hotel arranged free shuttle to airport and from airport and my flight out was at midnight so that was amazing they accommodated such late night request.
Food- The food at the hotel was absolutely one of best we had in the country and had several meals there. The breakfast as well was tasty and lots to pick from including local cuisine which we appreciated.
Area- we loved the area especially because location is good and central to city and also close to many shops in walk distance.
Room- rooms have superb view of the tana waterside and you enjoy lovely sunrise and set as well as nice birds all day if you want!! Rooms are clean and good size for two for sure. Beds are comfy and bathroom is huge also.
Massage- very nice one, my wife tried.
Suggestions- please add some English tv stations everything was French except one bbc one. Also, I had to checkout one night even though I was staying there 8 nights- I wish hotel had accommodated us better in finding room for that one night as it costed lot of hassle to check out and check in again. Also staff didn’t update us about no room available until last minute when my wife asked- not nice!

I wrote twice for the same gor a time period of two weeks.
I had two excursions in madagascar and used this hotel to refresh between the trips.
it is best tana otel in many respects in my opinion.

Quality hotels are normally hard to find in Madagascar. Although I
did not stay in other Tana hotels, this one is probably the best.
It is inside a shopping complex and well-secured, surroundings beatiful

I have traveled fair enough in madagascar
to appreciate this tana hotel. if it is your first
night stay, wait for others to appreciate.
things here are quite different than written
in travel guides. for example, this hotel does not have
many stars but s steep room rate. you will understand why
after several days in madagascar.
overall I had a pleasant experience with them.
