Not worth the price or 5 starts all inclusive
Nothing worth the price or 5 star rated stay in All inclusive resort. Specially the food and buffet was very bad, food are cold and Old, On dirty tables they put new sets of cutlery for next guest. Staff very rude and unhappy, they do not get any food since the resort keeping the food to serve next day. Rooms are clean and nice, renovated, Pools cold but still clean and nice. Variety of food and restaurant very bad.

we were rather tired of the same/similar dining. Fruits were available only cheap one. Service and room itself is not bad. SPA and massage were too expensive. Hotel charges seems to be rather higher and would be reviewed.

Kremlin Palace Antalya Review
The hotel is overhyped and shows lot of wear and tear. For the money they charge per night there are better choices available in Antalya. Initially the room they gave had the washroom that had really bad smell coming from it. When we pointed it out the front desk customer service representative told us to spend the night there and they will re-assugn a new room to us next day which did not make sense to us as our luggage was still packed and when we insisted and confronted them that why would we have to unpack and pack again for next morning when they could re-assign the room same day. Upon our insistence they re-assigned us a new room within and hour. We felt like we did not have to jump through hoops to get the required service which as a 5 Star hotel they should have provided. The room airconditioning was not upto par for a 5 star hotel. The buffet menu and service was good with lots of eating choices. The towels in the room were worn out and their color had changed from white to off-white. The staff was decent but could be more friendly. They should improve the living standards and customer service as per a 5 star hotel. There are limited transportation options .

Overall good
Overall a good hotel would stay again. we were without electricity from 11pm until 11am the following day it took rather longer than expected to get it sorted which wasn't ideal, night manager was useless. A couple of rude staff in the restaurant/buffet area that need to work on their customer service skills and learn how to speak to people or find an alternative job that would be more suited for them. Cleanliness of hotel food quality taste was good.

I came to this property for the water slides for my two teenagers. The website said it would be open April 1st. It wasn’t. even though other hotels were open. When I complained I got stupid excuses. I left the hotel a day early.

Very dirty, very noisy, I didn’t get the standard room with double beds that I paid for. Two days they didn’t clean the room till I reported the receptionist twice. When the Expedia agency was stilling over £350 from me, what I had to expect from the hotel staff?!!!

We were upgraded to a better room but there was no guidance or service after checking in. The property area is massive and without any directions you it takes quite a while to figure out where things are and if you are tired, which usually most people are at arrival, it can be quite annoying and feels unwelcoming.

The good was the same fior all holiday . Not a barbecue or steak or lamb just mince meat. Even was extraseason need to wait with the plates in hand 10,15 min till the waitress empty a table. If you ask a glass of wine I have to wait long to have it. The worse all inclusive I had ever.

The negatives: the images of the standard room are not accurate, in reality they’re very old and dirty. The staff aren’t the friendliest when you request compensation. The activity are generally the same so it gets boring after a 4 days. The food was alright. Positives: the outdoors were looked nice, good for pictures. The pool was large and enjoyable however you can only swim till 7:45 PM. Room service was very nice and did a decent job.

I was so excited for booking that hotel but I was so disappointed I wasted my money and I stayed here for 5 days and is not worth the money first of all the rooms are so old my mini bar was leaking my AC was leaking you can hear everything from the next door the staff doesn't speak English when you call receptionist if they don't understand you they will hang up on you the restaurant is not open 24 hours it close at 2:00 a.m. and the food is from the leftover in the morning it's not a fresh food I would never come back here it does not worth the money

I think the guest services and front office mgr has been great. You can tell they know how to deal with customers. I got at least 2 random calls from Firuze hn (guest services mgr) asking if all was going ok with our vacation. That certainly felt good. I think the hotel had lots of good things going but also some areas of improvement. I provided a private feedback to the hotel which was more detailed but I will just mention a few things here. A la carte restaurants have been great, service and food quality met expectations. The main dining room however did not have the right food quality and this is also the main area you feel the hotel is understaffed. There was always large crowds and certain logistics were missing although the staff tried most of the time their best to create duplicate stations etc but it was not enough. Another problem I see with this resort was the insufficient number of toilets. I saw many times families taking their kids to the "green" area because toilets were usually full or also not as clean since the guest number is much greater for the number of toilets so it is nearly impossible to keep these clean. Sometimes I chose to go to 3 different restrooms since the first two was full /being cleaned or not clean. I think the staff has not much to do on this problem because it is a design problem. Given the size of the hotel and especially the pool areas, the restrooms should have been designed 3x larger in my opinion. Our family had fun time which I must

Very scenic and being all inclusive was so great this included absolutely everything alcohol, meals, snacks, minibar. It is a very active place so if you are looking for peace and quiet not exactly the place you want to go. Out of the 5 staff members I had to deal with during the stay only 1 was pleasant. One even rolled her eyes because I misunderstood her because of the language barrier. Overall I would return knowing that if I wanted more peace I would pay a little extra for certain areas of the hotel.

The worst hotel I was see it on my life, the room look likes 1970's and big different thab the photes, one of the elevator was not working and A/C not working for all hotel !! The sultion of the hotel is bring a fan :) Furthermore,some of the reception and the manager was rude and he told me why you book this hotel when you didnt see it also he told me not possible change the room at least.Finally I cant leave in this room for 1 hour and left the the hotel Regarding the A/C and the room. Aslo they take one night amount however his manager told will refund to me due the A/C but I didnt recieve any thing.
