wonderfully located in the old town and right next to the harbour, couldnt ask for a better location. value for money, but yes initially the layout of the room made us feel a little weird given that the WC , basin and the shower area were in 3 diff areas, but one gets used to it

Right down at the bottom of the hill in the old town, very close to the marina, and wonderful views. Tons of shopping and little restaurants all around you. The shower was decent size, the room was not too bad. Nice swimming pool, but the water is cold. The property is very nice and has a nice historic look through it. The guy that does the massage is very good. I the free breakfast that comes with your stay is actually quite nice as well.

We stayed four nights. We reserved for three persons. First two nights they gave us a room for two persons with amenities for two, and only added a small single bed . After I complained to Expedia. They changed the room to triple beds on our third night. They provided us only one key for three of us. They refused to give a second key.

Puding Hotel Marina is perfectly situated next to a garden with a wonderful view of the marina and the Mediterranean, and the hotel is in a neighborhood full of shops and eateries. My hotel room was comfortable, and the buffet breakfast was enjoyable. I would stay here again.

Don’t recommend it, not worth it
Location close to the marina, but little far from Hadrian gate. We booked a family room with two areas of sleeping, one double bed and two twin beds in the other area, but was given room with two double beds. We asked for other options or possibilities, but they couldn’t offer anything else. They explained they had only three family rooms, and the one we wanted wasn’t available. As we didn’t wanted to waste anymore time we agreed beside we only wanted a place to sleep. Room was spacious, but the beds weren’t comfortable and the washroom was in major need of renovation. It didn’t get any better when you showered and could see something looking similar like mould on the wall. And some strange smell was also observed. I would not recommend this place, not worth the value paid, you can find better places for even reasonable amount than this.

L'albergo é bello e direi che é abbastanza pulito. La pulizia in camera era buona, ma la camera in sé era abbastanza rumorosa la notte perché dava su una stradina frequentata la notte. Le persone alla recezione non sono di grande aiuto per quanto riguarda informazioni varie sulle possibili escursioni e non sono molto accoglienti purtroppo. La colazione a buffet é buona.

Lovely hotel situated in the old town very close to the front rooms were clean and comfortable tea coffee and a mini fridge in room with bottles of water in the fridge. Mini bottles in bathroom shower gel shampoo conditioner and small soap. We were on the 4th floor and in the large lobby outside there was a lovely balcony with small table and a couple of chairs which looked over towards the sea/ harbour area nice to sit out with your coffee. Air con in room. Staff all very helpful and friendly. Would recommend this hotel.

If you're working on the go, this place is terrible. It really took us a couple of days to figure out the WiFi situation here and that's really the only thing we care about. Also the room was dark - barely any light at night.

No AC working in the room!!! 😡😡😡
Stayed from 8.5.2022 - 14.4.2022 in room 214 which is above the restaurant and facing park and on the main road. Overall hotel is good and centre of all attractions with the walking distance. Communication is poor via hotel.com portal where l asked them couple of questions but no response. Hotel is clean and room cleaned everyday. AC in the room was not working and it was 28 degrees during the day, night time we could not sleep as it was too hot and opened windows but it was very noisy until early hours of the morning. Avoid staying in room 214 as l said AC doesn’t work. We complained twice but no one bothered to fix is. So customer service doesn’t exist. There are other hotels in the area so do consider them before booking as it is not worth staying here if your room is hot and you not comfortable. We paid good price as booked it in Jan 2022, but price went up the roof later for May. So be careful for what you pay, as you can get hotels without the AC for cheaper!

Honestly, out of 5 I would give 2 to the staff, not welcoming and skilled in their job at all. 4 out of 5 to the location , 3 out of 5 to the facilities ( poor internet , not gym at all just some weight outside the patio )

Nice character property in the centre of old town!
Really nice property. Good character. Old, with lovely grounds. Big mess on roof right outside our balcony so it disrupted med view. Very Very loud with the bar/performance hall outside, with live music both nights until midnight, and people yelling until much later. Great restaurant service! Good location.

I've walked past this hotel many times during previous stays in Antalya. Glad I chose it this time. The location is amazing, steps from the marina and right inside the Old Town. My room was excellent with top a great bed, top quality linens, a fridge, complimentary water and a great shower in the bathroom. The staff was very attentive. The breakfast was delicious. I will definitely be back!

A big disappointment.
The residence itself is beautiful and charecteristic, the location, very good. The room I was offered was awful! Very small an unworthy. A tiny room with a narrow and short bed, A closet with no hangers, A small window with a fantastic wall view! When I asked the manager for a decent room the answer was we are full (in the middle of the month October) and I am only staying for one night and this was the only “ economy” room they had left! I am not aware of choosing an economy room, please check if so then partly the blame is on me.

At the beginning must mention tgat there two of the hitel staff deserve to be honored, the one i guess her name is Altin, at the same level Mohamad (a tol very boliet young man), followed by a third person - young lady- named i guess "Gulsom", who obviously should have brought much better performance was doutless pressiour of Mr. explosive Juma not there.. Unfortunately was recieved by the onmy one person you simply understand as at least unfriendly, his name must be "Juma", guess he must be FOM, doubtless he mixing front office senior to prison conadant, that even one of his collegue wanted to lightenthe burden of tge matter as said:"he is even unkind even to us as collgues, but he has a good heart. Second point as the air condition once need to be fixed som where in.my room, didn't yet understand why should tha be done by an police officer who hangs iron cuffs on his trouser at tge endvof his back !, have video and phitos showing water leaking out of the air-condition opening 8n.my room as well as of the ceiling of the bath room, in addition to all that, putting bartiers between the guests and breakfast buffet in.a room that doesn't exceed a total area of 4×5 meters, using a lady to shovel the food on plates who only speaks turkish.

Cute, clean, central boutique hotel…
Lovely boutique hotel near the water and close to everything. Beautiful old building. A collection of buildings well maintained. The place appeals to a younger crowd, younger than me, with house music playing throughout the afternoon and evening in the pool area. Not ideal for families. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and the restaurant serves a tasty Cesar Salad. A good night’s stay.

Amazing experience!! Truly recommended! The staff at the reception was very helpful & friendly both night and day. The room was comfy and clean . The location was IDEAL. Right in front of a park which connect with old harbor plus Walking distance to Keleici old town bazaar and all the happening places. 2 points to be improved. One was the house keeping and the room service. They were quite late to respond and had to call the reception multiple times and the person at reception seemed fed up with that. Secondly, i can understand these are COVID times but the breakfast was a bit disappointing with very limited menu and was only served on table. Otherwise.. a wonderful experience and will surely be coming back to stay here! :)
