The stay at the hotel was 10/10, customer service was on point, they really put the customer first and the food was perfect, different menu every day, every dish had a perfect and unique taste. The property itself was very clean and to a high standard.

Friendly and helpful staff who are there to make your stay an incredible experience. We stayed during the off season so all the outdoor facilities were not in operation - however the price we paid for the night was about the same as a regular name brand hotel without any all inclusive amenities. Thank you for one of the most enjoyable stays and we will definitely consider returning.

We enjoyed overall stay. Property is kept very clean. Huge outdoor space. Few staffs were unfriendly but majortiy of them really work hard and provide great service to customers. For example - Anil, the trainer in the gym is very considerate, frendly and helpful. He knew I was running and needed some water. He brought the towel and water while I was in treadmill without even asking him. similarly, a lady in the reception upgraded our room for free to Sea view when I told her we came to celebrate our Son's birthday. this is first-class customer service when customers needs are taken care of implicitly. Through the property is kept very clean. It was really an ultra all-inclusive providing late-night hot meals between 12 to 1.30 AM and 24/7 bar faciities. Concorde is located under 30 mins drive from Airport. Overall, we had a great stay for very reasonable price. Thank you Experdia for helping us making one of the life-time memory!

First and foremost, I would like to thank everyone from Fuat Meryem aylin Basak, all thanks and appreciation to them. As for the resort, it is a piece of luxury in every sense of the word. Wonderful stay with family. This was the best time of my entire trips . We celebrated my sister birthday, hotel guest reservation kindly sent us room gift and provided Birthday cake. Reception, from the manager Antony or Touny (I hope I got the name right) to the bell man , manager assistant, all the customers service was excellent and so professional. The food quality and freshness was outstanding. We loved it so much. Travelling with a baby, the cleaning people, was so helpful. We received baby bed , to baby bath tub and baby stroller, made so much difference in our stay. The programs at the Bar after dinner was so pleasant. The kids show and beach was amazing. Do not miss the in door swimming pool and sauna with Turkish bath. Please skip the massage, too pricy and the masseuse used her elbow the whole time, very painful experience. One last request, we travelled all women, we got starred by stuff men with the dark cream colour suites a lot, in the coffee shop or lobby area. Made us a bit uncomfortable.

I think the resort would be better to visit during Summer as more activities are available. The distance from Lara Beach to Old Town and other cities is inconvenient and somewhat expensive, so without onsite activities, it doesn’t leave a lot of options. The staff, facilities and dining were excellent.

Nice Hotel with good facilities. Nice beach layout. Service excellent and staff all work hard. Food is good, in main restaurant but not 5 Star! I only ate in the main restaurant so can’t comment on the other ones. Sea View rooms are a bit misleading as they are more of a side Seaview! If you’re lower down and above the coffee bar it is noisy at night with lorries coming and going from the Hotel across from the Concorde. Also you hear Extraction Fans ! Overall a Good Hotel.

My family and I had the best vacation experience at concorde. Everything is excellent. Very kids friendly. There are kids activities. The indoor and outdoor pools are fun places for kids. The staff are very professional and nice. We had a late flight but the front desk had no problem accommodating our request for late check out. And last but not least, the food is exceptional. At some other all-inclusive resorts you get tired of the food because of the quality and lack of variety. But here every meal is superb.
