My stay here was excellent, located near the large hospital in Brisbane with a small shopping centre across the road. This is a very well run hotel and, Tim, thank you so much, I wish I could have thanked you in person because your communication and your help was hugely appreciated by myself and my family, I re-booked with your lovely colleague, she was great as well.

very homely apartment with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Public transport and shopping was within 200metres and not very far away from CBD.

Loved the fact they want you to smoke outside they have a lovely foyer with comfy seat's table and ashtray. Didn't like the fact was lied to about no vacancies

Property close to bus stops, safe to walk at night, 24 hour grocery store and the manager Tim was very helpful. We would like to suggest however for the toilet seat cover to be replaced or fixed, it comes off and makes a loud sound each time you sit down (haha).

Relatively private but very noisy due to street traffic and very uncomfortable bed. Otherwise shower was hot, decent location. Did not see laundry as listed.

The accommodation was clean, the location was in a good area however it was very noisy as the property is right on a major road. There is limited (2) parking bays for the whole property, which is extremely expensive because u have to street park and pay.

Nice place to stay. clean, organised, good studio room with utensils. Parking and the noice from the air ambulance from PA hospital was the problems that I have noticed.

Very convenient to West and South Bank amenities. If you like electric Scooters this is a good way to get a good look around South Brisbane. This location allows for moving around this whole area on scooter, very enjoyable. Can be noisy if hosptal chopper is active. If noise does not bother you this is a great location. Everything handy within 5km radius, includes the Gabba. Will definitely stay here again when winter sports season starts.

No parking at all, all available parking was on the street and is only 2 hours Mold on the ceiling, dust along all shutters, the Kitchen had a camping stove top, some of the mugs were cracked and glued together Shower has mold in grouting, very poor lighting

Weird Manager
The weekend manager Anne was great but had at least a few issues with the weekday manager Tim. First, the cleaners threw away my things at least a few times' one time they threw my things in with the linens which was sent to an industrial cleaner. When I told Tim about it, his reaction was "oh it's gone". No apology and I had to ask him to give me the number of the place where I could retrieve my items. Secondly, the manager Tim came into my room when he thought I wasn't in it. On one of these occasions, I was sleeping in very little clothes and he came in to "drop off" a letter - he could have left a note on the door asking me to come collect my mail at the front desk instead of coming into my room. There were a bunch of other times when Tim demonstrated antisocial behaviour and I hope he gets some help for these issues. The place is overall decent (3 star) but I am not sure what's going on with their customer service and the location is a bit sketchy with condemned homes on that same street. Some good cafes nearby though. Also the units are variable in quality.

This is the same guest who posted a review as Moeza below who clearly had issues with the Manager. A case of personality clash I'm afraid. Bookers can compare this review with other overwhelmingly positive reviews and make up their own minds. It's pointless to engage further.

Property was extremely noisy being beside a highway, TV was too small and no access to pay TV, no onsite parking available, whole studio was very small.

Please note that most our rooms are away from Ipswich Road. Rooms located near the road are discounted to reflect their location. All amenities are clearly stated on all online portals. It would be advisable to read them before booking to avoid disappointment. We are known for our high standards of cleanliness and friendly service. If in doubt, please reach out.

Great communication. Room was very clean and tidy. Very pleasant stay. Only issue was the shower head which is broken, it came apart and squirted water everywhere. Needs attention. Otherwise it was perfect 👍

No off street parking, on the busiest roads in Brisbane. Walls are paper thin and you swear the trucks rolling past are about to enter your room it’s that loud not to mention above unit you could here everything especially at1.30am Never again.
