Everything was great except the elevator. It was show and only one was working. It wasn't terrible but at one point I took the stairs because of how long it was taking. Other than that small complaint everything was great. Excellent cleanliness excellent staff and very nice updated rooms

The first room that was given to us had a strong smell that was unbearable. The first floor hallway lights were dark and looks unsafe to walk around.

I was disappointed that my room smelled like smoke and after bringing it to staff attention, nothing was done. I had three rooms and all had same issues The housekeeper came to room next day and changed out bathroom towels but didn’t make bed or clean room. I was truly disappointed.

Thank you for your review. We did check our hallway camera and saw our housekeeper go into your room at 2pm and cleaned for 25 minutes. We also checked our log book and your complaint was that your room smelled like urine. Our front desk staff came to your room and we think you were smelling our cleaning product. Our front desk staff did offer to move you 3 times but you declined so we did not feel a discount was justified. We hope you find another hotel that better meets your needs the next time you are in this area.

The hotel is under renovations and they are still open for business although I experienced a roach crawling on my arm the other night and when I moved to the other bed after checking it we came back from breakfast and found a roach crawling on the other bed so for that. I know longer will be staying at this hotel the staff members are great and always a pleasure but after denying me a free night stay I can no longer come back to this hotel EVER!!!! Maybe you all should exterminate will certain floors are being renovated. Will never return

Thank you for your review. We are sorry you had an issue with your room. We do have a pest control company that regularly sprays all our rooms so any insect that does get into a room is quickly killed by the residual insecticide. We cannot prevent insects getting into our rooms but we do all we can to prevent that from happening. We hope you find another hotel that better meets your needs the next time you are in this area.

No late check-out
The main reason for a 3 star rating is because they would not accommodate a late checkout. I was told the night before that it was ok but was told to let them know in the morning when i did they said No. This is the only hotel i have ever been denied a late check out!! And we travel alot! Bed was comfortable, shower pressure was good, and breakfast was decent. Check in was easy that lady was friendly. The morning guy not so much! Location was ok, close to food and shopping but the traffic was busy. Honestly its 50/50 if i would stay here again but mainly because of the late check out. Also as a side note theres no pool no hot tub and no breakfast can leave the breakfast area. Also the 1st hotel we have been to that does not allow food to leave the dining area.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry that we could not give you the 1pm checkout you requested. Normally it would not be a problem but we had a group checking into the hotel and needed the rooms to be cleaned. We do have a large outdoor seasonal pool. Like other restaurants with a buffet, we do not allow food to leave the restaurant. We have a free all you can eat buffet and a guest could take an unlimited amount of food with multiple trips. We hope you have a better hotel experience the next time you are in this area.

The Hotel was decent for an older location. The staff were friendly and attentive to my concerns. Had to switch rooms due to personal hygiene items that were left behind from a previous guest. The biggest draw back was a group of tenants that looked like they were on work assignment and were being put up at the Hotel. They were extremely loud and smoked a lot of Marijuana in front of one the entrances.
