“Good value for money”

I have enjoyed my stay in Days inn, ann arbor. When I first came in, the room was amazingly clean (contrary to some of the comments I have been seeing). Because of these comments, I almost refused to take the reservation. The room has a fridge, an A.C, a microwave and even a coffee maker (but I dont drink coffee). Everything works. I really enjoyed my stay for the first week I was there and I have even decided to book a few more days with the hotel because of this. Staff are very friendly, always smiling and willing to help. Room service is really prompt and its everyday!, even on labour day!, they were here... The only thing I dont really like is the fact that its not as close as I would have liked it to be to the university as I take the bus. But for those that drive, its pretty close. Its also close to shopping malls and restaurants. Also the internet works!..... Dare I say it?...Days inn Rocks..Loves it....

“I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE OTHERS ARE TALKING ABOUT”

In all of the reviews I read about the Days Inn of Ann Arbor, I was apprehensive about staying there. Nothing could have been further from the truth. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was clean, the TV worked, and the shower was clean with hot water. It was easy to find and close where I wanted to go. Overall, I would give this hotel a 9.8 out of ten.

“Much better than I expected...”

Booked the room because it was the only one in Ann Arbor with an available room (Big Game weekend). I was happy just to have a bed. That said, the place was great, just what you'd want: quiet, clean, and convenient for getting up to U of Michigan. It's not in the 'college town' part of Ann Arbor, but it's less than 10 minutes away, and easy to get to. The continental breakfast led a lot to be desired (okay, it sucked), but there is a Starbucks down the road. Done. I would definitely stay there again...

“Great accomodations at a reasonable price”

The room was spacious and had both a microwave and mini-fridge. Relatives stayed at a more expensive hotel and had less space and fewer amenities. Convenient to U. Mich. campus via short car ride. Enjoyed this hotel.

The hotel was very clean, friendly staff, good breakfast and quiet. The pool is a little awkward to get to because it is in another building but the facility is very nice.

“the front desk manager went above and beyond to make us feel welcome!”

john, the front desk manager, went above and beyond when he discovered i had been stung by a bee as i was taking my belongings in to the property...he came out when i was locked out of my room, he made some phone calls to find information about a few restaurants for me...he was helpful and courteous, made sure that we had a great stay...our room was small, but even my boyfriend agreed that with the rose & candle i had on the hutch it was nice and quaint -- very cozy...i stayed here years ago and it was a mess, it is apparent that they have been working hard to renovate, and in this economy it takes time so we have to take that into consideration here in michigan where we have it bad...but it also is hard to find such personable service in the hotel & conference world where you're treated like family...thanks, john!!! we will definitely be coming back!!!

“Great even for long stay & excellent value”

I've stayed in this hotel multiple times in the past month, every week, on average 3-5 nights at a time. For the price it is excellent! No, you're not going to get a luxury suite BUT what you will get is a warm cozy room with tea & coffee, friendly staff, free wi-fi (could be a little faster but oh well it worked well enough and I am a freelance web developer.) I was in more often than I was out - using it as a place to stay during my 'long term' holiday when I couldn't stay at my friend's.
