The property was clean and in close proximity to the University. Also, the gentleman that checked us in was very professional. Breakfast was great, overall a great stay!

Staff was very nice and accommodating, particularly locating us on the 1st floor as my daughter just had eye surgery and would have had difficulty with stairs. Breakfast was great, very clean. Staff ensured all menu items were available, never running out.

Location is good, room was dirty and shower head was broken. Also had to move cable box to another outlet because the outlet it was plugged into was bad.

Conveniently located near Route 94 and about an hour drive from Detroit airport. About 10 minutes to downtown Ann Arbor. The facility is kept clean. The building gives the impression of being used for a long time, but it doesn't bother me much. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is eggs, sausage, bacon or corned beef. The flavor was good. Cereal, waffles you bake yourself, several kinds of bread, yogurt, fruit, etc. I didn't expect there to be anything, but I was satisfied with what there was. The shower is weak and the curtains don't close all the way, but it's enough if you just want to stay the night.

Highlights were the breakfast and cleanliness of the room and beds. Certain staff lacked hospitality. It seems to be an older property that has had minor upgrades. We were visiting family all day and just using it to sleep and shower. It served that purpose. It matched expectations for its price point.

Every time I’ve stayed at this property the hot tub is out of order. This is very inconvenient since it’s one of the reasons I choose a property. I feel this should be added to the site.

Extremely clean and quiet. I checked in at 1:30 and the front desk person was not friendly or welcoming at all. I had the same experience with her on my previous visit. A smile or greeting would go a long way.

The stay started off on the wrong foot because I had forgotten my wallet and the receptionist was adamant that I could not check in with out my ID. Luckily my wife was able to use her ID and check in with a new reservation. Plus I am wheelchair bound so we asked for a handicap room which she immediately fulfilled my request. After a good nights sleep I realized that the receptionist was 100% correct in denying me a room and I apologized to her for my behavior the previous day. Our stay was perfect and most comfortable and I would book here again.

Never cleaned room during our 3 night stay, despite signing up for housekeeping for one of the nights. Also, door doesn’t latch so had to make sure to pull hard to ensure room locks when exiting.

Good value
Room, public areas and breakfast area were clean. Window in the room had a "clouded" look (from age of property?) We were not asked if we wanted towels refreshed during 3 night stay. There was no posting of the property's eco policy. Breakfast selection was very complete with yogurt, choice of cold cereal, oatmeal, eggs, waffle maker, juice and toast.

I had booked a room online and decided to pay when I reach. I reach at 1:00 am. I present my ID and card. My cc has maiden name and the front desk guy Adel didn't accept. He said prove me so I showed him the petition to change the name which was granted by the US govt, he didn't accept that either. I was without a room at 2:00am. This dude is okay for me to be on the street but couldn't be logical and acted dumb. Wouldn't be surprised if he was a racist old person. He asked me to cancel the reservation and find another hotel at 2:00 am. He didn't even bring the manager to speak. Ridiculous and low level staff and place. I got a place next door with the same documents. This place sucks and will never ever book comfort Inn ... it's more like discomfort.
