The staff were all amazing, friendly, efficient and organised. The location for ski lift was fantastic. A brilliant place and we will certainly be back.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Bedroom was a good size and it was useful having a separate toilet to the bathroom. The room was very warm (even with all the radiators turned off). It was helpful having a fridge in the room. The storage was limited for a family of 4 with clothing for a week. Could do with more coat hangers in the wardrobes (we asked and the staff brought us more) and more hooks etc on the walls for hanging coats etc.

Was a nice hotel, the only criticism I’d say is the breakfast isn’t very friendly if you don’t eat pork!

OK, but poor food selection for vegetarians.
Room was large, but we got given twin beds. Staff were friendly enough and a great location, but chef had no idea of vegetarian food! Buffet dinner cmenu ontained soup (chicken) and fish, but for veges there was only salad and boiled veg for €15 each which was a Rip off and the chef did not even offer to make a plain omelette. Breakfast was also basic to say the least.

Hotel for escape from city rush
Hotel not new, but services are good: hot buffet breakfast, buffet dinner with variety of meals, spacious free parking in front of hotel, WiFi OK. Hiking trails to Parc Natural Comunal de les Valls del Comapedrosa start less 500 m from the hotel, you may take hiking trail of any difficulcy, one of the easiest leads to Forcats lakes. Highly recommended for nature lovers.

Good location, would stay again
Wifi wasn't very good, but was ok to send emails and messages. The staff were not that friendly on arrival as I think they assumed we would be loud and disruptive young people, which was quite rude. However for the rest of the stay the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, they just need to work on their first impressions and not judge people too soon. The cleaning staff are excellent, the room was very well cleaned daily. Breakfast is ok, the quality of the food is average but there is a lot of choice which is nice. Would expect better quality meat (sausages and bacon etc) from a 4 star hotel. Overall it was a good hotel and I would stay here again.

Best location in Arinsal
I was travelling with a friend and we booked this hotel on the basis of value and location to the ski lift. Both proved to be spot on. We drove ourselves up to the hotel from Barcelona and parking was easy, check in was efficient and the two very smily girls could not be more helpful. The room was lovely and warm (perhaps a little too much at times) spotless and well served for 2 single travellers. Breakfast was great, plentiful and something for everyone, we didn't take any other meals at the hotel. The bar/ lounge was comfortable but during our stay frequented by a lage group of students also staying ( French half term) worth checking if you wanted a more peaceful stay. Very reasonably priced drinks. Location to the ski lift is indeed 50m and we managed to ski back down at the end of the day. Would definitely consider returning to this hotel. It is at the very top of the village so be prepared for a good 10min walk down and 20min up!! After a few beverages in the village itself.

Great location in season NOT out of season
The hotel & food was very nice in season.I stayed for 8 nights in Feb 2014 & 7 nights at end of March 2014. The hotel is right next to the chair lift but towards the end of season they turn it off which means you either have to wait for the bus down to the gondola or walk, which is ok going down the steep hill in the morning but after a long days ski its hard to get back up if the bus doesn't arrive

Was looking for a convenient place to stay while skiing bringing along 2kids and stumbled on this which had gotten decent reviews. The rooms were spacious and could comfortably sleep 4 although the small kitchen was rendered useless by the fact that no utensils, cutlery etc were supplied. However with breakfast included and dinner being available at a reasonable price, that was only a minor negative. The staff were friendly but most importantly for my rating is the fact that you only need to walk 100metres to reach the skilift! Would certainly consider it again for next year's skiing vacation.

Genial para viajar en familia
He viajado en familia (2 adultos y un niño de 7 años). Hemos estado muy a gusto, la limpieza excepcional, los trabajadores no pueden ser más amables y todo han sido facilidades. El desayuno estaba muy bien y la cena también. Yo repetiria sin ninguna duda, me he sentido muy cómoda.

todo muy bien, pero la semana que fuimos estaba cerrado jacuzzi y gimnasio y no lo advertían. Las habitaciones son muy amplias, el sitio muy tranquilo y el entorno muy bonito. Se come bastante bien para ser un bufé.

Muy bien todo, lo recomiendo al 100% calidad precio excelente. El trato fue fantástico de todo el personal, muy cordiales y serviciales, Matías es estupendo. Por poner una pega, pienso que la cena podría ser mejor, para mí fue muy justita, haría falta algo más de variedad en platos calientes. En cambio el desayuno es muyyyyyy bueno. Mucha variedad de todo. Muyyyy bien.

Mi fijo cuando voy a Andorra
Perfecto. Es la segunda vez que voy. Las vistas espectaculares ( Terraza con vistas a la montañas con cascada y caballos). El desayuno completo y variado (Estaba todo delicioso: pan, donuts, embutido, etc) Por poner un pero, la leche tenías que pedirla porque en la barra solo había la de máquina. En la habitación dos camas individuales y un sofa cama doble (ideal para 2 adultos y 2 niños). Los niños no pagaban así que salió super económico.

Cuando cogí la reserva estaban todas las instituciones abiertas y cuando lleguemos no abría nada abierto en el hotel ni piscina .etc las instalaciones del hotel no estaban disponibles.super aburrido.
