Location: location to Clemson University is great
kind of run down, could use some upgrades. WAY over priced on football weekends. continental breakfast leaves a lot to be desired, but Starbucks and IHop are just around the corner.

Not very inviting

Posted 21-Oct-2014
Staff chatter across counter ... Smoking in n/s areas with little concern voiced. Ice machines not working ... Key card issues ... Free breakfast seemed geared for long term guests. Very disappointed overall

Sub standard condition of room.

Posted 20-Oct-2014
Pros: location
Cons: everything
The facility was dirty. The hallways were dirty, the walls and doors were marked up. My room smelled musty and stunk. The tv did not work. I was approached by a homeless in man in the parking lot the next morning. I AM JUST HAPPY THAT MY WIFE WAS NOT WITH ME.

Avoid

Posted 13-Oct-2014
Staff was nice, however the rooms are terrible. AC broke in the middle of the night, room smelled like a locker room, and everything seemed like it was from 1980. Avoid at all costs.

Okay hotel, very close to campus!

Posted 29-Sep-2014
Pros: Very close and the pool was great!
Cons: The continental breakfast was lacking.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. We could walk to downtown Clemson, which is plus if you know anything about game day traffic.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel...

The hotel needs serious renovation. Sagging ceiling tiles, peeling wallpaper, leaking sink knobs when on, and poor air conditioning (always warm to uncomfortably warm). The service was slow to assist with issues, put us in a single king rather than 2 queen so we needed a new room, on second room they failed to program the keys right, and then there was a stain and some hairs on the sheets. We got new sheets but they did not even put them on for us!... Unacceptable. Needs to be shut down. I wish I could use 0's on the review form.
