“Good buget stay”

Comfortable budget hotel. Great having a guest laundry. Pool was clean, but strange that it's glass walls looked straight into lobby or out to smokers area. Felt like pervy old men were looking in at you. Bed wasn't very comfortable but having a sofa bed in the sitting area was a bonus when traveling with kids. Moose's tooth pizza walking distance was great .... but 90 minute wait for a table at 6pm wasn't so we had takeout and ate back at the hotel.

“Mike P.”

This hotel is a little out of the downtown core. The hotel has a great complimentary breakfast. It is clean and has an airport shuttle. I would definitely stay here again when I am next in Anchorage.

“Class and convenience”

A member of the cleaning crew saw me from a distance walking down the hall with luggage. He casually pressed the elevator call button and continued his work. All members of the staff made eye contact and greeted guests, always curious if they could help accomadate me. Very refreshing compared to the detached employees in other facilities.

“But.....We aren't handicapped !!!!!!!!”

Everything was great except for the fact we booked 6 months in advance and were stuck for 5 days in a handicapped room. You might ask..and what is the problem with that? There is no bathroom vanity, thus the problem of where to put all your toilet articles. We had to move a table from the living area into the bathroom. We mentioned it to the staff and their only reply was "well, I don't know why they put you in there. The hotel was not fully booked any of the days we were there so-o-o-o if you go to Anchorage and get stuck in a handicapped room you might ask for a change.

“Wont go here again!”

This place was good to come and pck us up from the train station. When we got to the hotel we asked them to take us to the airport in the morning. They said we were on the list to go. When we got down there in the morning they said that we were not on the shuttle list for that time and so they wouldnt take us to the airport. Because of that we ended up missing our flight.

“Customer service please”

Hotel itself comfortable and clean - suites very spacious and well appointed. Not as close to 'downtown' as expected from website. On arrival (mid morning, so yes little early) had to almost 'beg' information about leaving baggage, accessing washroom, and getting to downtown etc. Front desk not terribly friendly or helpful or knowledgable. Most disappointed in 'efficiency' of service, not hotel. Airport shuttle a benefit.
