The staff was so great to move our room to the lower floor because we would have difficulty going up the stairs once I realized earlier that day I forgot to request the lower floor. We didn't have to check in to the office which was great to do it online before arriving. We had a entry code to enter our room, this allowed us to go straight to our room once we arrived very late in the evening. The room was great with the a large area to put our luggage on with four of us in the room. I love that the beds were at the right height for me, because most hotels have beds really high and difficult to get into for me. The sink was very deep and great if needing to stay longer then a day or two to be able to wash dishes or other things. I loved the cool color of the refrigerator. My only downside was the bed mattress was a bit more softer side. When I sat on the side it sank down a bit which made me feel like I could slide off the bed if I sat there for longer period of time. As for sleeping it was great and very comfortable.

The door you can see light, needs fixed with door seal. Very loud from halls to the room above us. You heard everything. TV was very limited considering I paid $113 a night.

It was very clean, the stuff was kind, the heating was warm and quiet. However, the TV in the next room at 11:00 PM was loud and clearly audible.
