Très difficile d’accès, Très mal indiqué …. Après un premier vol il faut repasser la douane et tous les contrôles. Extrêmement étroit ne peut pas accueillir des grosses valises Niveau qualité prix c’est trop cher

Cabine fonctionnelle. Un lit double qui se deplie electriquement. Literie confortable. En revanche : l' eau de la douche envahit l integralite de la salle d eau et s evacue mal... resultat : pieds mouillés pour retourner sur la moquette de la chambre... Simplement utile pour une nuit de transit.... pour 180€/nuit

OK pour dormir, mais c'est vraiment trop cher
Première expérience en hôtel capsule pour moi. Pourquoi pas ? Je ne suis pas claustrophobe, et ça peut être bien pratique pour dormir directement dans l'aérogare. Par contre, vendre plus de 100 € ça (une chambre de 5m2 max.) c'est vraiment abuser. A choisir, je préfère clairement payer 20 ou 30 € de plus et dormir au Citizen M juste à côté du Terminal. Par ailleurs, attention, l'hôtel se trouve dans la partie sous douane de l'aéroport et quand vous voulez, comme moi revenir prendre un avion pour l'Europe (Avec les portes B, C ou D) le matin, il vous faudra repasser la douane et ça m'a pris 30 minutes avec seulement 4 douaniers présents et plusieurs gros porteurs qui venaient d’atterrir.

It took us forever to find the location and we received several different answers from the airport staff as to where to go. We ended up being told to exit the airport, just to be told we had to go back through. The shower didn’t drain properly and the drain made a loud sucking sound. We couldn’t control our own air temperature and the tv wouldn’t turn on. There was also a very loud noise during the night coming from somewhere.

Het is een transithotel, bevindt zich in Lounge 2 in de transitzone van de luchthaven Schiphol Airport. Prima ontvangst en uitchecken was vlot en aardige medewerker. Het hotel ligt midden Kamer is een ‘cabine’, met wc en douche achter een glazen wand, het was erg klein en ook behoorlijk benauwd vanwege weinig verlichting. Thermostaat was ingesteld op 18C maar het bleef erg warm. Voor wat ze bieden is het aan de duurde kant. De badkamer was niet echt schoon, water liep slecht weg en föhn en een badmatje ontbraken. Koffie en thee was inbegrepen en aan de balie op te halen. Koffers konden niet mee in de cabine omdat er geen plaats was. Die hebben we voor 9 euro per stuk afgegeven bij de bagageopslag, deze is 24 uur per dag open. Ons vertrek de volgende ochtend was vroeg, omdat we weer opnieuw door de douane moesten zijn we een uur vroeger opgestaan. Concept is aardig, puntjes op de I ontbraken. Prijs voor 2 personen was 180 euro voor 5 uurtjes slapen. We boekten deze overnachting omdat we gestrand waren op Schiphol vanwege onze geannuleerde vlucht, voor een paar € meer slaap je in het Mercure ook achter de douane, maar daar was geen plek.

Didn't need to exit the airport to access this hotel. Had a 15hr layover but no access outside the airport. This was a life saver. Shower floor was a little cracked and possibly had water going under. Water also pooled into toilet/sink area. But it was such a minor issue that it didn't bother me. Overall, the stay was nice and convenient.

it was very hard for me to find it. I arrived around midnight, passport control was closed. I had to find somebody to help me to go through the passport control to get to the hotel. The location is not clearly described, it was very hard for me to find the hotel. Since it was after midnight everything was closed, I had to ask a cleaning crew to help me to locate the hotel. It is a nice hotel, but severely overpriced. I was charged $204 for the night for the capsule hotel.

Can’t find anything at Sciphol anymore
It was a disaster! First, we couldn’t find the hotel, despite numerous inquiries. Then when we found the hotel, we had to inquire of the front desk how many things worked, lights, bed, etc.

Great! Loved not having to look for a hotel at 1am. Fresh coffee a big plus. Appreciate late check out. Rolled out of bed and onto the gate.
