The hotel staff were courteous and welcoming. Several members of the staff provided recommendations on entertainment and local bars. They arranged a taxi for me to the airport at check out. Overall. I will definitely comeback and book another stay!

Fantastic hotel! Fabulous service from start to finish! We had room 507 which was a suite - very spacious, most comfortable bed ever & lots of extra special touches to celebrate our anniversary such as fresh flowers, chocolates and personalised newsletter. The entire staff was always helpful, professional and pleasant. The hotel is run very well and the buffet breakfast was very good. Our room was clean and didn't have any issues. The classic room was small, so upgrade if your claustrophobic. The location is also good with close access to trams and Central Station. The construction near the entrance to the hotel seems to be almost finished, although the rest of the street is ongoing.

The hotel room was a nice size but the cooling system was not adequate, the room was often stuffy and/or warm. The room lost power once and we had a hot pot that stopped working. Both were taken care of quickly. The contraction on the street was annoying but there is little the hotel could do about that. All that said, we would likely stay there again.

We stayed here in September for a couple of nights. The hotel is a 10 min walk from Central Station but is far enough off the main shopping/cafe/bar streets. It's very central and is only about 5 mins walk from Dam square. The hotel itself is lovely, modern and quirky, and the staff were all friendly. The room was a really good size with a great, comfy bed.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff are exceptional extremely helpful and courteous. The area is convenient close to the train station even walkable if you want and there are a bunch of great restaurants nearby. The trams run in front as well. The room I was given was nice and had a lovely view of the city.
