“Good quality for good price”

We stayed for one night and we were quite happy with the hotel. Its about 20 min walk from the center of the city and easy to find. The staff were nice and helpful, the breakfast was great and the room very clean. The only drawback is that the rooms are a bit small. Overall, we got a good quality for the price.

“4 Beds in my room Great View!”

I stayed 4 nights, clean hotel, internet in the lobby for free, breakfast, american plug for 5 euros (deposit) they give it back to you at check out, they provide shuttle service for 14 euros to schiphol airport, nice view, if you stay here you have access to tram 4 and 25 located conveniently a block away from a supermarket, in Stadhauderskade minutes away from the vondel park and the van gogh and the rijks museum, overall good location and great hotel, friendly english speaking on the front desk, ask for advice and they will help.

Hotel fine,location superb on Nos 4/25 tramroute. Beware of steep stairs and no lift. Missed my bacon at breakfast but food ok. Breakfasting room a bit sparse. Staff friendly. All in all a good budget hotel.

“Clean, comfortable and affordable”

I had a three night stay at Hotel Linda and it was the first time I had stayed in a 2 star rated hotel, and despite some good reviews I was a little apprehensive about my choice. However,I needn't have been. My single room was very clean, had a lovely modern, newly fitted bathroom and quite modern decor. My package included breakfast, which was nothing special; the usual cereals, toast, eggs, cheese and ham as well as tea, coffee and fruit juice. It was nice since it was included, however, it wasn't worth the 10 euros they would normally charge. All in all it was a clean, comfortable and basic room and a good price for Amsterdam rates, however, if you're looking for something a little bit special I would consider somewhere else. Tip: The hotel has no lift but VERY steep stairs. Also it is a little bit out of the way of the major attractions, though they are a short walk away.

Really nice hotel as for this price. Around 15 minutes of walk to the city center. Quite good quality of breakfast.

“très bien placé”

Hotel très bien placé, quartier relativement calme, tout près de la ligne 4 (accès direct au centre ville ou au palais des congrès. Chambre petite, en sous sol avec vue directe sur le parking (mais d'autres etaient mieux lotis). Les lits étaient parfois faits TRES approximativement, et nous avons parfois retrouvé la chambre pas fermée à clé. Petit déjeuner copieux et bon (mais à partir de 8h seulement). Personnel souriant.

“Very happy”

Was very satisfied with the hotel. The staff on the front desk are lovely and charming. The location is brilliant. Can get a bit noisy at night though...
