“Great value”

The hotel had large rooms, a good gym facility and pool, a friendly helpful staff, and free computers (which occasionally became backlogged). We didn't eat at the hotel and there are no restaurants nearby. The shuttle service to the airport runs daily from around 6:00 a.m. til 11:45 (return) p.m. The shuttles depart every 30 minutes on the half hour from the hotel and quarter hour from the airport. You will need to catch a train from the airport to the Central Station where you will need to get a tram or boat bus to get around. The trains run regularly (as do the trams) so if you don't need to be in the middle of things and can set up a fairly leisurely schedule this is a good choice.

“Nice, high tech room”

As with others, I liked this hotel very well. It had some high tech features- I liked the heated floor in the bathroom, felt nice on the feet. If the window was open, the AC system turned off. Your hotel key had to be in a slot, or the lights turned off for energy efficieny. By the way- a Functional thremostat, where you actually set the temperature directly by number, not a mystery dial. I think the beds were down filled, not sure but comfortable to a very picky sleeper like me. The only negative-takes 30-35 minutes to get to town, so you can't go back to the room and rest when your legs get tired (and they will!) walking around Amsterdam.

“Good Hotel”

Hotel was very nice and close to the airport. Airport shuttle was very convenient and cost effective as a cab ride is 18 Euro for a short trip. The shuttle service into Amsterdam is also nice. Good work out room and sports bar. Modern, clean, and the rooms are of a decent size. Irons are in the room which is great, but unusual for Europe. I got a good rate on Expedia. I would recommend this hotel highly.

the hotel was very convenient to the airport with a shuttle. the staff was very helpful with directions and the resturant was first class.

“Comfort Plus”

This hotel was the cleanest & most comfortable hotel that we've ever stayed at. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud - a piece of heaven. The fresh flowere in the room, daily newspapers, etc. are all such nice touches. The warm tile bathroom floor just screams luxury. The staff was helpful, the shuttles were fabulous. We used the shuttle into town & back to the hotel for only $10 each & it was well worth it. We also used the Free airport shuttle upon departure & it was good too. There were only two problems. One, we didn't stay longer & two, the cost of the breakfast. The breakfast buffet was 24 Euros each - nice, but quite steep. We weren't sure when we'd be eating again so we had to pay it. definitely NOT worth it. We would stay there again. Loved the experience.

“Great hotel”

My wife and I used this hotel for one night only after arriving at Amsterdam Shiphol airport. The hotel provides a regular free bus to and from the airport and the transfer time is only about 10 minutes. It has a leisure centre including gym, pool, sauna, steam room and solarium which are great for relaxing after travelling. There are two places to eat including a formal dining room and a bar/cafe. We used the bar/cafe which still had waitress service and a good choice of food. The room was well appointed with the usual facilities that you would expect in a good quality hotel. Overall a great hotel which didn't disappoint in any way - we would certainly stay there again and recommend it.

“Very nice for a layover in AMS”

Was on business travel on he way back to Washington and had a one night stopover in Amsterdam. Wanted a hotel close to the airport with a shuttle. This one had a free shuttle that runs every 30 minutes and was always on time. My flight got in to the airport at 8am and after finishing at the airport and getting to the hotel (on the free shuttle) it was about 11am. Check-in is at 2pm, but the nice staff let me check-in early. Loved everything about the hotel, but the high price of breakfast. My recommendation is to get the room that has the breakfast included and you will save a little money. Overall, great hotel.
