Idéalement placé, accueil sympathique, les chambres sont petites et pas forcément au top de la propreté mais si c'est juste pour dormir... Idéal pour un trip de quelques jours à Amsterdam !

“Would definately stay here again”

Location of hotel is ideal, all attractions are within easy walking distance. Room fairly basic but bathroom had recently been refurbished and room was clean and warm. Quite a wide choice of food for breakfast, something to suit most people, and staff were friendly enough.

“Good Staff, good location, small room a little overpriced.”

I liked the location, The staff was very helpfull and the room was adaquate. I am just used to Rooms at Best Western which are much larger. The room was a typical Eurpoean hotel room. Very small bathroom. It was adaquate. Overall I gave it a little bit lower rating because the price was so high but good accomodations.

Pleasant and helpful staff. Cheap and comfortable rooms. Decent breakfast. Only negative aspects really are that you cannot check in until three (no big deal) and although we asked for a double bed we were given two singles pushed together (annoying, but I suppose this hotel is not the only one guilty of that).

“Proche de la gare et des lieux touristiques”

Cet hôtel est idéal pour les voyages entre amis. Avec leurs nombreuses chambres pour 6 à 8 personnes. Les lits très confortable par rapport au prix que l'on paie.

“Good family stay in a pleasant and friendly hotel”

We stayed for one night at this hotel. It was very close to Amsterdam central station. A straight route from the station to the hotel, approx. 5 mins maximum, easily walked to by us with our luggage and 2 children. Check-in was easy and the desk staff were helpful and very pleasant, making us feel welcome. The quadruple room was large and accommodating, with 4 single beds put together to make to double beds. The beds were clean and comfortable and everything within the room worked as expected. We had a room overlooking the main road and the noise was not an issue. The breakfast has a good selection of food and catered well for families, with their selection. The staff in the restaurant were helpful and child friendly. I would have no hesitation in staying in this hotel again. Overall a pleasant stay with our children, 8yrs and 5yrs.

“Basic but fine.”

The hotel is ideally located for central station. It is easy to find and not far from anywhere. It is not so ideally located if you want to stay in a quiet area. The hotel itself is quiet but the street outside can be loud. It's not too bad though. The room was very cold and there were a few a problems with cleanliness. However, the staff were very friendly and did their best to help with these problems. The breakfast was fine for the money. All in all this hotel is perfectly fine if you're looking for something cheap and cheerful. It is very basic but fine if that's all you need.

“Great location ,ok place to stay”

Great location bang in the center of Dam. Not bad as we had 6 people in one room but it was big enough and we all had space. No wi-fi though in the rooms and you had to go downstairs to the lobby to connect. Basic breakfast of scrambled egg, bacon and beans but not bad really.

“An OK Place to Stay in the centre of it all!”

Its an old hotel that was unfortunately undergoing renovations so they had scaffolding up the entire front of the building the entire time we stayed there. The room was clean though and the front reception staff were friendly and helpful. We did not have any noise or security problems. Its a basic simple clean place thats biggest advantage is that its in a great location relative to the train station and Dam Square.

“Hotel Delta City Center: Proche du quartier rouge, personnel agréable mais hôtel vétuste”

Accueil sympathique et rapide, très pro. Chambre relativement agréable au premier abord. Nous sommes arrivés par -5° et avions prévu de nous réchauffer à l'hôtel. La fenêtre était ouverte depuis un moment et le chauffage éteint : raté. Impossible de réchauffer la chambre avant la nuit ni les jours suivants parce que la fenêtre avait un grand jour qui laissait passer tous les courants d'air. Petit déjeuner sans plus. Ménage non effectué le lendemain, juste un changement des serviettes de bain. Murs très fins et donc hôtel assez bruyant. Lits usés et médiocres. Pas d'eau chaude au robinet du lavabo de la salle de bain. En somme, seul le personnel réhausse le niveau de l'hôtel, qui bien qu'extrêmement bien placé par rapport au quartier rouge, n'a pas d'autres arguments positifs.
