Worst hotel Ive ever stayed at. No hot water, terrible staff who are rude. Rooms are very basic and definitely not worth the money plenty better hotels in Amsterdam for the price.

Friendly, helpful staff, excellent breakfast, close to Amsterdam Zuid station. Quite far from centre of Amsterdam, hotel restaurant very expensive and food poor quality, rooms tired and in need of upgrade, shower old and tiles stained. Wouldn’t stay here again.

The policy “no cleaning will plant a tree” is a really bad idea. The maid emptied the trash, replaced new bottle water and that’s all. The carpet get dirty and room is really dusty. It’s better just not change sheets and towels but still cleans the room. I will not participate in that program again.

The hotel was well situated in a quiet part of Amsterdam. It was 5 min walk from Metro and 7 min to Central on the 52 Noord.

Staff are good except one, very clean. Tram on the ground a bit far in order to go to touristic area. They have NO luggage service, after 14 hours flight no one to take your luggage to the room. The night before checking out for a taxi and must be sedan regular normal car not HUGE SUV 8 passengers just because my wife can’t lift up her legs as she had 3 surgeries and they confirmed it will be sedan but it was as described above. It wad hard for me and the driver to carry her inside the huge box car, they told us don’t pay max of 30 euros, the driver said 50 euros flat rate. Last time at this hotels chain

Very much enjoyed the breakfast. Every option you could ask for. It’s not walking distance to the city centre, but they had bikes to rent which was super convenient. You can Uber as well. I also appreciated the sound proof rooms. Lovely, clean, friendly staff! Would definitely stay again.

Of the seven facilities that we stayed at during our month-long trip, we enjoyed Crowne Plaza Amsterdam the best. We especially enjoyed its easy access to trains and metro, as well as the very comfortable room. Also the price was, we felt, reasonable for Amsterdam.

The location of the accommodation was exceptionally convenient, being in close proximity to a major transport hub for the tram, train, and metro. Zuid train station was within easy walking distance, allowing us to effortlessly reach downtown Amsterdam, which was particularly advantageous given the inclement weather of cold and rain. Moreover, there were several restaurants nearby, easily accessible by foot. The staff members were truly awesome, providing exceptional service. Great Stay!
Property is just outside the busy city of Amsterdam, but near a metro. Plenty of restaurants are nearby and we loved the property. They do not have on-site parking; however, they have access to a public garage and can validate your parking ticket for €17.50 per day. The garage connects to the hotel and was easy to access. Check-in was easy and quick. Staff was always polite and professional-everyone from room service to the front desk. The staff working breakfast were always a delight! Breakfast was pretty ideal, but always fresh. Staff constantly replenished foods and checked for cleanliness. We loved the gentleman making omelets-he was friendly and loved to chat. Our room was nice and spacious-something you would not get in the city center. We had a large bedroom, large entry way, and separate sleeping area from children. We enjoyed having two separate televisions and am iron/ironing board. The room for a little warm in the evening, so I don’t think the option for AC was on just yet, but that was not a deal breaker. I would recommend AND stay again.

I assume there was an event in Amsterdam as prices per night were insanely high for both nights. To be honest, the quality of the hotel cannot justify those prices. Sheets and towels were worn and scratchy. no coffee machine in the room, mini bar empty. Additional 25€ for breakfast even though room was already 400€? Staff were friendly but >5* prices for a 3* experience

Staff was not accommodating with early check in even though room was ready. We traveled 11 hours from California and still had to wait for check in time or charge us 40 euros for early check in. We stayed there for 4 nights. No special consideration given.

The hotel was very clean, the people working there were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was well worth it. Dinner in the hotel was tasty. We were a couple of blocks from a main transportation hub. The gym everything needed for a good workout. The room was nice and clean.
