Oh god, where do I start, with all my travels and stays at Expedia selected hotel, this is by far the worst experience, like cannot even think of any negative experience until this one.
The lobby is under renovation, which is fine, but they only left a small corner for a line of people to check in AND check out at once, right next to the elevator, that resulted everyone was in line.
Before I arrvied, I messaged the hotel to kindly ask to borrow an adapter (answer: no), I asked again on site, the answer is: I have to buy a new one from the hotel. Like with all my travels, so far all hotels have that for its customers, except for this one.
I asked to have one hour extension to check out (from 11 am to 12pm), answer: no. Really, I wonder when would the hotel say YES to its customers.
I really don't think this qualified as a hotel, it's definitely more like a hostel.....no amenity AT ALL, no service at all.
Super disappointed in all aspect.
