“Much more than I was expecting”
Very confortable and friendly hotel in a convenient location (just in front of Amsterdam Centraal).

We travel a great deal, needed a convenient one night stay in a central location also close to trains... this hotel had that great location, was very clean, comfortable and a good price. Looks old on the outside but updated inside. Also had a great breakfast.

“Very friendly hotel”
Staff were very helpful, polite and friendly. The hotel is very conveniently situated for exploring Amsterdam and in spite of it being just off a busy junction and our room was at the front - although we were given a choice - we were in no way disturbed by traffic noise. The buffet breakfast was varied and more than adequate to start the day. We also sampled the dinner menu and had an excellent meal with very good friendly service. Would certainly use this hotel again.

“Great location, friendly staff and reasonable rates”
I have stayed in Amsterdam numerous times but this was my first visit to the Bellevue. I was permitted to store my luggage upon arrival and was able to check in approximately one hour early after the room had finished being cleaned. As I was staying for 9 nights, my single room was upgraded free of charge to a double, which was certainly large enough for one person. Upon check in, the room was clean and everything worked properly (television, safe, shower, etc.) Throughout my stay I always had hot water and the room was serviced and made up each day. This was a great experience and I will certainly stay at the Bellevue again when I return to Amsterdam. The location across the street from Central Station was very convenient and provides easy access to major attractions, tram lines, etc. Some people might be put off by the drain for the shower being in the bathroom floor with no division between the shower and the rest of the bathroom, but it saves space and was never a problem for me. I would definitely recommend it for single travelers and was quite comfortable there for a long stay.

“Ideal location, would go back tomorrow!”
The position of the hotel is excellent just 5 minutes from the Train Station which means if you get lost in Amsterdam just head for Central Station to find your way back. Friendly staff and the restaurant food was the best minus the slightly dodgy breakfast. Only complaint is other guests not respecting that other guests may be trying to sleep, the walls are very thin.

This hotel rocks! Easy to find from the Central Station and best location ever. Within walking distance to all the sites you'll want to see. Great staff! and comfy atmosphere I wouldn't stay anywhere else!!!
