All staff are friendly and helpful. The reception desk personnel and facility manager helped me to correct a problem with my initial reservation and were able to honor it even though it had been mistakenly cancelled. I was even able to extend my stay. This friendliness of all staff in this facility has provided a feeling of being in my home away from home.

Super super super, I tell you!
I couldn’t ask for anything more when staying at a hotel. The customer service is TOP NOTCH! The room was perfect for an extended time, the WiFi was perfect, the gym, the sauna, the pool, the distance to grocery store, the laundry service, etc.... was perfect! PERFECT & you will be pleased as well!

The room was never serviced once during 4 nights staying at the hotel. They left a letter asking me to was my dishes but never supplied washing up liquid. If they expect the guests to clean the room for the next guest they should first change the the name of the hotel from serviced apartments to DIY hotels

Average hotel wouldn't stay here more than 1 Night
Dated Apartments and Rooms! Don't be fooled by the entrance and lobby area which is actually quite pleasant. Stains on carpets within room, dusty room, damaged furniture and dusty units and appliances within the room are past there best. Location is not too far from Amsterdam Zuid although its more of a residential area.

I had a room close to the lifts and was kept awake by the lift motors. The room was very hot with no zircon. To cool down the window had to be open letting in noise from the motorway. The local metro station was closed so access wasn't great.

The property looked similar enough to how it does in its photos however it was disappointing to not receive basic amenities in the apartment. Eg. We had an oven which we couldn’t use as we weren’t provided with anything that was oven safe which the receptionist mentioned to us... the oven also had one unsuitable wide tray inside. The tv had a handful of channels that barely worked and was never accurate on the programmes being shown. As a couple we were initially provided with one towel and had to request for another one which I found oddly unacceptable considering. The list goes on... so many things promised on the advertisement but none had come into fruition... by far one of the most worst serviced apartments that I’ve stayed at and feel the need to request my money back for a first

Great stay! Nothing really nearby, but close to metro that goes right to Central Amsterdam, and then some. The bathroom sink is small with a shelf right by where you can put your head while brushing your teeth. The shelf blocks you from having a direct hit into the sink, shelf sould have been placed to the side for better sink access. I also don't like having to throw out your own garbage, but overall really liked the place and even the location. Oh yeah, WiFi, pretty weak, especially @ night, could use an upgrade.

This was not what I had expected
I had NOT expected to be so far out in the suburbs when the made my reservation. It was in an area about 4 blocks away from a grocery store and within 10 blocks there was only 1 restaurant. Our room was VERY small. Granted the website stated sq. m for the room size but really that didn’t tell me much. When the front desk asked about my impression and I answered, the response was”well your the one that booked it”

Good choice for Gym lover
Nice stay. The rate was fair for a room with gym and swimming pool. There are few points to notice: - No room cleaning service since its a serviced apartment not a hotel (unless your stay is >7 days) -The area was very nice but not very convenient for tourists. 15 min walk to tram station + 30 min tram journey to get to the central part of Amsterdam. -Transportation in Amsterdam was a bit expensive. If I could choose my hotel again, I would pay a higher rate for a more convenient hotel, as I would have saved the transportation cost.

I would definietly stay here again
What an amazing place, all the conveniences of home, including free washer and dryers and a very helpful and friendly staff - while no restaurant the kitchen has all you need and the grocery store is only a 5-10 min walk away. The neighborhood looked clean and felt safe. English TV stations & great view from out room. We had rented a car so no issues with the location but i'm not sure how convenient this is to any bus or train lines.

I stayed for 6 days. That hallway of the 3rd floor was dirty the entire time. Internet was non functional many days. My bathroom mirror looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a while. The furniture a little worn. The desk personal were friendly.

Great stay
This was the perfect place to stay for me. It was about a half hour away from Amsterdam City Center. The location was very quiet and easily accessible to the Metro which was up the block and around the corner. The room is like a studio apartment with your own kitchen, mini refrigerator, stove and oven, dishware and drinkware. But there is no microwave. When you are leaving the hotel, they ask that you discard your own trash outside in the waste receptacle. I can imagine this would be for safety reasons in case there are any sharp objects inside the trash bag that could injure the housekeeping employee. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful and the front desk is available 24/7. Overall, I would recommend this Hotel Apartment as it was pretty affordable for the amount of space that you get.

Nice serviced apartment with a lovely swimming pl
The location is not too far from Schiphol Airport. We took Uber to the Htel and it took only 15 min. The buses and Metro stations are not too far. Quite handy if you want to go to the town Centre or Amsterdam. I love the size of the room it was really big, though first we got in the room there was a funny smell. The microwave wasn't working properly but it was still usable. There was no washing up liquid, so bring one. The biggest highlight was the swimming pool with a jetstream, my toddler son really loved it. The pool is really lovely. Also the tea & coffee service at lobby is useful. I love the laundry room, it's clean and we can use 24hr. really convenient if you didn't bring many clothes on your trip. The thing that slightly annoyed me was, when I asked the receptionist the night before we checked out for a late check-out, he said it was Ok until 1130 (the official check-out time is 11am), but in the morning when we confirmed with another staff, she said we couldn't do the late check-out, didn't want to make a fuss about it (it's only half an hour extra after all) so we decided to check out at the instructed time. We'd like to come again if we visit Amsterdam

Lovely hotel. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The spa is great and clean. The room was very spacious but wasn’t the cleanest when we arrived. We had to borrow cleaning products from the reception to clean the room. Also I paid for a double bed apartment and was given a room with two single beds pushed together which was soooo uncomfortable. My partner had to speak to reception who promptly came and put a double mattress on the bed. The hotel is about 30 minutes from Amsterdam central (get the M51 to Amsterdam central). And the same amount of time to the airport (300 bus then the 174). Overall our stay was enjoyable.

An OK place, but wouldn't return.
On arrival my room was poor, the floors were dirty, hairs in the bed and two screws in the bath. After speaking with reception I was shown a different room which was clean. The new room was generally tired with stains on the carpet, but not disgusting like the first. You have no control over the room temperature, so I had to make do with using the window to cool the room initially, but I was then unable to heat to required temp. Wifi good in room. Not much around in the local area apart from two grocery stores about 10 minutes walk away. Returning for business in same location, but won't be staying at Htel.

Nice apartments and very local to Amstelveen
I stayed in the Corneille double apartment beautiful everything you need is close by town centre of Amstelveen, took advantage many of the facilities from indoor pool to Turkish steam baths sauna it was immaculate condition will definitely be back to stay here, Highly recommended staff are very friendly and helpful no matter what you need :)

very surprise apartment
This Place is very close to Metro (5 min walk). 30 mins trip to Amsterdam Central. (Line 51). Originally, you will need to pay 25 euro deposit for hair dryer, but the lady who was very kind at reception waived it for us. The reception team are very polite and helpful. Kitchen is very good, all essentials equipment are provided. We had problem with gas cooker, but a lighter from reception sorted the problem. If you decide to cook, remember to bring oil and detergent. We managed to visit the small swimming pool, sauna, steam roomtoo. it is all very clean and towels are provided. We drove our car there, there are free parking available. Wifi was good speed. Bed was very comfortable. I would bring my own pillow next time, as theirs ones are square and thin. When you check out, they suggested us (they will send you a check out guide) to remove all rubbish, washed all dishes, which we don't mind at all. Overall, we were very suprised of this hotel/ service apartment. Everything you need is available, specially it is close to amsterdam central by Metro, and most important it is not expensive at all.

Rooms are slightly dated and the cleaning service needs to be more than weekly. - Charging 35 euros for a clean (over and above the weekly clean) isn't helpful. Other than that, the 'Corneille' room was comfortable and very roomy for an apartment. I liked the kitchen facilities and the to had lots of channels. Nice views and swimming pool complex was fine as were the laundery facilities. There are no restaurants which I knew about but was disappointed with the one coffee machine serving the whole block.

Comfortable, clean and modern looking hotel, the staff were excellent; very polite and friendly, they booked a taxi for us which was very helpful. Lovely bath/shower, smart lounge area and comfortable bed; felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Hotel is a short walk from Ouderkerkerlaan metro station which was very convenient since we used this metro everyday to get into Amsterdam. There is a local Jumbo supermarket about 10 minute walk away, situated in a small shopping centre which had cafes and other convenience stores. Very quiet area, lots of greenery. Only issues with the hotel was bad wifi connection, it would disconnect after a few minutes and not a very strong signal. Although if you don't necessarily need to use internet then this wont be a problem for you. We didn't try out the swimming pool or laundry facilities so I cannot comment on those.
