Good thing about the hotel is it is close to railway station and to other shopping places. Will recommend to other travellers if it is short stay.

Convenient, practical hotel in Amritsar
For the very low rate I got on this hotel, I would recommend this hotel. Very spacious room, with the basic amenities included. The front desk can help you arrange a car for your day trip to Wagah border & to the Golden Temple for $30 USD for 9 hours. They also helped me book my bus to Chandigahr the next morning. One thing to note is as I was inquiring about exchanging money in the front desk, they were clearly trying to rip me off as the lady said 60 rupees for exchange while the daily rate was 68. Another guy said in Punjabi something about "68" as well and the lady & man and desk shushed him and smiled at me and said 60 is today's exchange rate. So I did not exchange there. Other than that they were very helpful.

Couldn't Have Asked for More !!
The hotel is located in the midst of town and very close to all major attractions. The hotel offers all the amenities and good a wi-fi too. The rooms are very comfortable , more than the value of price one pays. The room service was quick and delicious food. A great hotel , just book it without a second thought.

Nice stay @ PR.
We spent almost 5 days @ this place. Overall nice place to stay. Major issue: far away from city, golden temple and city attraction. Recommends if you want to enjoy your stay and don't need to move much around.

Clean And nice Hotel
For location and quality of hotel this would be great option to stay. Very helpful and welcoming staff.The room was clean and spacious , all equipments were working fine in room . The bathroom was of average size but very neat. The food was up to standard.Overall no complaints , ll recommend others to stay here.

Very Good Hotel For The Price
This hotel is of great value , extremely comfortable and the staff are friendly and very caring. Rooms are nice and bed comfortable.Wifi works well. Breakfast was very well simply organised with few but good options to eat. Ll definitely stay here again on next visit.

Hotel in Amritsar with best Location and service
As the title says the hotel has excellent location with very helpful and attentive staff giving quick service. The rooms are big and comfortable bed. The wifi works good too.

briliant mid-segment hotel in the high-street area
Was traveling with my hubby on way back from Jammu, and stayed there for a night. But we were impressed by the hospitality of this place. The staff was so courteous and guided us for everything so correctly. We were on room only plan but ended up having two meals as the food was yummy. We think it was brilliant 3 star property for its price They were quick to react in case of any issue with guest as we witnessed it when one of the guest required medication. they handled it well. I would personally recommend it to tourists as the rooms are very comforting especially with their view.

Perfect Stay And Value For Money
We had a very memorable and comfortable stay. The reception staff is very good as our check in and check out process was very smooth. The room is very spacious and got good city view. The food is also good. The location is excellent as shopping and eating joints are near by. Would like to visit again.

great hotel
the hotel is strategically located and far from the hustle and bustle of the city. its not far from the airport and golden temple. the royal suite room is big but this lacking with the amenities. the towel must be changed daily and the room must be made without asking the guests. the toilet roll must be replenished but it was not, they should provide tissue paper in the room as well. the breakfast is nothing to shout about but cold milk must be provided as no one eat cereal with hot milk. despite all the above i will return to the hotel for my next vacation because of the location and the friendliness of the hotel staff. my rating of this hotel is 7/10.

Great hotel with awesome staff
the hotel room is spacious, the staff at the reception is very friendly and courteous. the service rendered to me was tip top. the interior of the room is very basic and the amenities are not that much to talk about. i would recommend those who are going to stay at this property do bring your own personal toiletteries, one thing which is missing is a box of kleenex and the toilet which is not being replenished automatically unless you ask for it. overall i will still come back to this hotel for my future stay at amritsar.

Lot of dust and not clean hotel.. taps and bathroom fittings are broken. Staff is hospitable but hotel can maintain basic cleanliness.. they can provide napkins in bathroom as well..

Value For Money!! Excellent Hospitality
I had a comfortable and excellent stay in this hotel. The rooms are spacious,well arranged and with good natural light. The staff is excellent and helpful at all times. Food is also and they offer discount to inhouse guest on food. Perfectly located and ll visit again for sure.

GOOD HOTEL, BAD LOCATION
I stayed at this hotel twicwe, in early April and toward the end of November, 2011. This is a good hotel with a good restaurant that has an excellent buffet. The surroundings are rather unpleasant, but the presence of matte window panes spares the guest the bad view. I will definitely go back.

Photos online were completly deceptive, either photo shopped,old or taken at a different hotel. The hotel is very run down and in need of renovation. Staff has poor Enlish skills are are largely incompetent.Our room for three was given one towel which took three requests to correct. Laundry was not picked up after two requests. Tour accommodations made by staff the night before were not actually made. The restaurant did not have many of the items on the menu and the table cloths were completly stained.

The location is nice but I would not go back and stay there primarily because of the cleanliness of one of our rooms. Our double bed deluxe room was big but OK. The twin bed room was BAD - unclean floors, unclean sheets and the bed was damp. I would not go back to this hotel.

Great place to relax and rest away from the crowds
Traveling with a Tibetan Lama , a Doctor, and a young teacher this hotel was a most welcome place to rest and relax during our brief stay in Amaristar. In the early morning we walked in the neighborhood and then enjoyed a delicious breakfast buffet. They even provided us with an early breakfast before we caught a 7 am train on our departure. Plan to make this my hotel in Amaristar.

Not impressed with the hotel at all. It is a roadside hotel with no processes in place.
Though the hotel is located in a good area away from the city crowd. There are no balconies in the room even in the Royal Suite (Thier best room). The room service is pathetic as the response time is very high & the kind of food they serve is too expensive for it to be true. The concept of buffett breakfast is totally missing as there is hardly anything to eat. The serving is of 2-3 dishes & same every day. House keeping is totally a mess. If you need to get your room clean you need to remind them several times as the processes are completely missing. I will personally not recommend this hotel to anyone, you may go & stay at your own risk & in case you do not want valu for your money.

Servise very bad. They did not have my booking, and almost did not find it. Finally they give "better" room cos room i book was not free. No welcome drink. No lux bathroom things. Also they ask money for breakfest, after i show info in net- still have to fight that its free. Very bad servise totally! Hotel condition ok. But servise made that zero.
